Store employee Ashley is a liar and a cheat. Stole money from my family and my brother. Probably should do a background check on this chick cause shes shady at best. She shouldn't be trusted with company money, or funds in any way. I will never patronize this location ever again.

I have been toy fair share of dunkin some are trash this one is great especially because of Nobel this guy has a positive attitude and folds my napkins with my straw and sauce he doesn't know who I am he just does it put this guy in charge of the company. Trust me when I tell you my review is the most important. I know good and bad service.

I like Duncan and we usually go through the drive thru. At this time the line was long. So we parked him with him. The interior was clean and they had nice merchandising set up. There was a barkbox, dog toys and really awesome Dunkin cups. It was clean. The issue, the vibe with the employees was terrible. I’m not sure if something had happened, but it was a little bit uncomfortable, I think they were really busy. I hope that the employees that work there don’t regularly have to feel this way. Usually under tons of stress, a really good leader will alleviate the stress and be encouraging and I hope that it was just an off day. The drink was served up quickly and then sit on the counter, in an area that looked like a to go area, so we kind of stood there, waiting, and then had to ask if that was our dream, it was, but the guy didn’t even announce it, or say anything. Super unfriendly that day. The drink was good. The prices are good. The atmosphere was lacking in the service was not great. I actually felt bad for the employees.

I've never written a review because I work in the food industry so I get it BUT my brother and I try to be as nice as possible to service workers but the manager/worker here is so nasty even when your being nice it's insane. We're too scared to go back because of how rude this guy is.

I wish I could leave zero stars. The manager here is an absolute stuck up grumpy buffoon he is so rude! His name is Ben. He always has such a grouchy and extremely unpleasant attitude whenever I pass by and stop to this location. I have spoken with others who go to this location and they have shared similar experiences to mine. For instance, last time I visited I took the drive thru and when he greeted me he sighed and seemed irritated that he had to take an order. He asked me what size, but I couldn't understand what he said at first, so I asked, "I'm sorry?" And he asks me "WHAT SIZE?!" In a very loud and abrupt manner. When I answered, large, he said "ok total at the window." In again, in an irritated voice. When I pulled up to the window he spoke in such a angry and annoyed tone the entire time, and didn't even look at me to hand me my order. I see other reviews about his behavior on here as well, so it seems he is just an absolute asshole all around. He alone makes this location a terrible experience every time, and he should honestly be fired. I will no longer visit this location and will make sure others know of this information so that they may steer clear.
