I had the awesome customer service by Lilly Davina today. She is very delightful person .she made my drink the way I like it

Went in about 1230 this afternoon Christmas Day the two guys that are working there are horrible very rude! Whoever was in the back was talking about how there’s more people that come in and they just keep coming like they’re talking rude back-and-forth to each other. The guy, the redhead with the long hair super rude And making the drinks and giving people their drinks like he doesn’t wanna be there. You guys really need to figure out your employees because if they don’t wanna be there, especially on Christmas they shouldn’t be there at all. This guy was absolutely horrible.!! The girl at the register was awesome! But seriously will not come back because of how those two guys were absolutely ridiculous!!

The service here is absolutely horrible. I was stuck in the drive thru line on 11/26/2025 around 1030am for almost an hour. I was third car in line to order. That took 20 minutes to order. 25 minutes to get up to the window. Was waiting for my drink and was greeted waited an additional 12 minutes nobody came to the window. These employees which was 2 girls at this store don't care or have any urgency. While i was waiting at the drive thru window i seen One girl picked up trash of the floor with her gloves on then handled someone's sandwich and the other mess with her hair then handle a drink. They didn't wash there hands or even put new gloves on. Gross. I called in there later no answer. Called dunkin corporate office they said someone would call but nobody did. This location does not care about customers. I will continue to go to starbucks where I know customer service is there priority.

I walked in to pick up my order and was not greeted. And that's fine. They're busy. There was nobody in there, but they were busy with drive-thru, I'm assuming. Anyways, I'm waiting at the counter. There are other people in there with me. I'm still not spoken to or greeted, so I look over and I see the little cute coffee cups. I go and look and wait to be greeted. Two girls came in, went straight to the counter, were greeted, got their order immediately, and went to go sit down. I saw that I went back to the counter from looking at the coffee cups and I was still not greeted or acknowledged at all. I waited there. I waited and then finally I said excuse me and the two employees add Duncan looked at each other like I wasn't inconvenience like I shouldn't have been there asking excuse me. It was just appalling to me that they're surprised they have to do their job when someone walks up to the counter. I'm never going back to this Dunkin donuts and I'm telling everybody how these little girls treat their customers. They're lucky. They're manager wasn't there I would have had a combo.

I ordered a simple everything bagel toasted with nothing on it. At first I got bagel minis, and I went back and told the workers I just wanted an everything bagel toasted with nothing on it. I should’ve checked the bag before I left but I trusted it was simple enough to get right. The bagel still had a whole bunch of cream cheese on it. Don’t know if it was a miscommunication but I thought I was clear enough. I didn’t have time to come back a third time. Photos show after I scraped it off because I’m lactose intolerant.

Went to Dunkin to get doughnuts and a gift card. The worker helping made sure to let me know he found my shirt offensive. Not sure that my shirt was part of his job or his personal opinion. Each to their own but terrible customer service.
Melissa was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. As soon as I walked in she gave me a nice greeting with a smile and then proceeded to take my order. She was very polite and friendly.

I went in and they had horrible customer service. Derrick is very rude to his coworkers. Constantly snapping and butting in while they are working. Even after complaining to the cashier about how AWFUL my coffee was, they still managed to mess it up. It tasted so bad I couldn’t even drink it.

Waited 40 mins in line for the worst coffee I've ever received. This location is terrible.
Absolutely terrible service. I just spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive-through. There were only two cars in front of me so slow I will never go there again.
I am not from here and coming here for the first time was Horrible service, employees were very rude, they gave me a messy drink, which is okay whatever I will just clean and use napkins but the employees starting getting upset that I was using
Napkins and making remarks, I felt very uncomfortable. Never experienced this, very disappointed ☹️

I don't often write negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary for the owner to see this. The service and atmosphere during Christmas were completely unacceptable. The manager with braids was yelling at a poor employee in front of everyone, and the overall organization was lacking. Many people waited for over an hour. The owner needs to address how their employees communicate with each other and implement solutions to ensure a more organized and friendly environment. I understand it was Christmas, but they should either close or provide more support to their employees. It was an awful experience, and many customers were very unhappy! I hope this helps the facility!

First and foremost— the shift lead Paige needs to be FIRED. Today, on Christmas, she was seen by an ENTIRE lobby of customers YELLING AT like genuinely SCREAMING AT your one strong worker they had that day, Virginia. This shift lead was seen in our hour+ there walking offline multiple times with another male coworker just to chat while Virginia and the other 2 girls, one with braids and one with colored eyes were left stranded with no help and angry customers because they were behind (clearly if there’s only 3 people actually working). Virginia was clearly trying to de-escalate the situation by asking her calmly to lower her voice and step away from her face which Paige was mere inches from. Multiple times Virginia tried to step back to the point where Paige continued to pursue her until she was basically backed against a wall!!! I would encourage corporate to check the cameras on 12/25 between 12:10-12:18 to see the extent of how belligerently this blue shirt shift lead acted. Previously working at another Dunkin in this area a couple of years ago to now working in HR, this shift lead is an HR nightmare and needs to be fired before she can’t control her temper and physically injures someone.I have never been so insanely disgusted by the state of a store and by the aggression shown by a MANAGER, Paige. Will be escalating to corporate as well because absolutely no one deserves to be treated like that and she should absolutely not be in any position of leadership.
