Came in today and got 3 drinks and my youngest daughter ended up not liking her drink. Not only were they super friendly and understanding they made her a new one that she loves! I felt super bad about it and they made sure to make sure I didn't feel bad. Great people at this location!

Disappointed in this location, I was charged for a medium and they gave me a small, it was filled to the top with ice and it wasn’t even covered by the drink. I didn’t realize until I had already gotten to work so $10 for something I literally finished in 6 sips.

Me and my family always come here and recently we’ve been noticing that our orders have been wrong and the staff isn’t friendly anymore. I went this morning and ordered two drinks and when I received them, I saw that they were wrong but the guy that gave them to me (by shoving them in my hand) had left without saying anything. I’m not confrontational so I just drank them but honestly it’s getting exhausting never having your order right

This location has to be the worst one I’ve been to, ever. Their ability to push orders out is awful and their sense of urgency simply isn’t there. PLEASE take this advice to step up and at least be like your neighboring locations

Today I waited for 30 mins for 2 small drinks and finally just left without my drinks. I understand it was busy but when the reason given for no walk up orders coming out for 30 mins is that mobile orders have to be out by the time set in the app then you are not ready to facilitate drive thru, walk ups and mobile ordering. I get today was extra busy due to the hype of national coffee day but that is still no excuse for not taking care of your walk ups.

A male worker stole money from me saw I had loaded money for the month on the app was like wow you must be thirsty you I’ve so much money I laughed I was so caught off gaurd the. I see he must have tipped himself the cost of another drink I didn’t buy and Ofcourse they don’t give reciepts so no one beloved me I’ll never come back to this location

The “broistas” are ripping people off. Case in point, the “911” blended is supposed to have total 6 shots whether served hot, iced, or blended. They will lie and say it’s only 2 shots on blended, and tell you to add the rest it’s an up charge.
