First we get in there good service kind workers and nice look. then we wait for 15 minutes even though it was just us a
And another guy. We get ours feels good from the bag start driving off realize they give us someone’s else’s order completely different go back in get the right order after 10 minutes. We specifically asked for very very light cream cheese in mine and they give us heavy extra cream cheese, we just eat are food that is cold and not what we asked for

So I order from this location all the time. I accidentally door dashed my order incorrectly and came in to fix it. The woman at the register was super super sweet and Krystal had the tasty turkey remade for me- even though it was my fault that it was incorrect. Thank you all for the wonderful customer service! I will be returning and supporting this location.

I came in this morning to pick up my order; mentioned offhand it's my husband's birthday; the three ladies working were genuinely smiling and kindly wished me a happy birthday for him! They were so sweet! Also made the best sandwiches I've probably had from Einstein, and that's saying something!
