So I order from this location all the time. I accidentally door dashed my order incorrectly and came in to fix it. The woman at the register was super super sweet and Krystal had the tasty turkey remade for me- even though it was my fault that it was incorrect. Thank you all for the wonderful customer service! I came in this morning to pick up my order; mentioned offhand it's my husband's birthday; the three ladies working were genuinely smiling and kindly wished me a happy birthday for him! They were so sweet! Also made the best sandwiches I've probably had from Einstein, and that's saying something!

I've done multiple large orders here, even last minute. They are always on time, always friendly, and provide excellent service.

This location stands out amongst the many other locations I have done these same orders with.

Individual sandwiches bagels and coffees are fantastic, and as fair priced as anything can be currently.
