The Queen Creek Firehouse subs provided me with the best customer service! They were extremely accommodating to my pickup time on a large catering order I placed and they even prepared the allergy friendly Gluten free subs I had ordered separately. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service. Shout out to Leila the morning manager and Adam for their help.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free bread is amazing! Soft and delicious

If you like your sandwiches or any of your food items to be served with a side of “roach a la mode”, you should definitely dine here!Paired with their disgustingly rude and highly unprofessional staff who is rather occupied with and prioritizes listening to their latest YouTube artist on their airpods while allegedly “working”, add to that giving lip, hefty, nasty attitude towards customers, I will NOT be back and neither will any of my family members, relatives, friends or work colleagues!We saw enough to never return.There were two roaches squirming on the floor and, when I approached one of the attendants to bring that to her attention, which was hard enough to obtain since again, they are too “busy” chatting and laughing with each other, I was immediately facing dismissive behaviour and a blank stare.Instead of immediately attending the issue and cleaning up those nasty and filthy roaches, the employee just ignored me and carried on with whatever she was so “busy” with, chatting with her work buddy.As an industry veteran who has worked for and with most luxury hotels and restaurants, this was an atrocious experience and this establishments needs to be SHUT DOWN, immediately.Never in my life have I had the displeasure of having encountered a more obnoxious, unprofessional, rude, inattentive, slow and simply reckless and careless staff than at Firehouse subs in Queen Creek.The latter refers to having made all of our sandwiches wrong with ingredients having been missing or added when we had ordered something different.Again, there is ZERO attention to detail, but being obnoxious and condescending seems to be their specialty, paired with a solid amount of incompetence.Spare yourself and your hard earned money and head to any other sandwich place in the Queen Creek or San Tan Valley area where you can find professional, genuine, warm hospitality WITHOUT a side of roaches and unhinged attitude which we faced after we asked for our sandwiches to be prepared with the ingredients we had asked and paid for.After we finally received our sandwiches, they looked and felt like food that was already chewed and spat out, absolutely sloppy and far from “fresh”!Go to any other other sandwich shop, BUT to Firehouse Subs in Queen Creek!There are so many other options in the area after all!We won’t be back! Mind you, my family and I are very forgiving and tolerant.But, this experience certainly broke the camel’s back, in the WORST possible manner!Absolutely disgusting with respect to food as well as service!And “ambiance”? WHAT “ambiance”?!The roaches I suppose can be called “ambiance” according to this place’s restaurant management.Shame. We came with high hopes, but left hungry, disgusted and disappointed.

I normally love Firehouse subs. I usually get the Italian. Tonight I tried something different. I ordered a ny steamer, I don't know how this sandwich is usually put together, but the meat on it was in big pieces, folded over, not slices. Made it really hard to eat. The corn beef or maybe the pastrami was stringy.Hard to say, which one. Bread on the bottom was soggy. Would not order this again.

OK firehouse subs I see you!!! this is my first time trying firehouse subs and let me just say OMG I have never had a better sub in my life and please I’m not exaggerating the bread. Perfect. I ordered a meatball sub the flavor. The packaging got mac & cheese. Absolutely delicious. This will be a new thing on my weekly roster from now on firehouse subs. I see you I hear you and I will tell anybody that wants to listen how amazing your food is, thank you I was stuck at home with the flu. so I had it delivered I’m feeling much better good job guys.!!!

Update on review: the Manager of the store called me after my company review. My total order was refunded with an apology!Got an Engineer sub which I ordered before... usually good..This time it was loaded with mayo filled lettuce which made the sandwich soggy. The meats looked like low- grade stuff!

I had to update this because I think my kid gave a 1 star while playing with my phone. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly! Even got 3 fire hats for my 3 kids. Wait time was a little excessive, but the food was worth it. Will definitely go back. Maybe I will order ahead.
