Came in for dinner tonight with my family and the staff (Dalynne as well as others)were incredibly nice and polite, even making off menu suggestions to make our meal even better. Our food was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Good customer service is a rare thing now days and this team is amazing.

Walked in tonight not 1 person in the lobby waiting , gentleman told me it’s a half hour wait after I placed my order. This is RIDICULOUS… so I have to sit and wait 1/2 hr . 😡 Poor management!

As always burgers and especially the fries were great. It's gotten expensive though...$26 for two small (single patty) burgers and a medium fry! Yikes!

Took one of my grandkids to lunch and we decided to go to Five Guys. I had not been there before, so when the cashier asked if I wanted toppings on my burger I didn't understand and declined toppings. It turned out that by toppings she meant things like lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, mayo etc. I got a cheeseburger with nothing else on it. It was okay, but not my favorite. These two medium meals cost $41. Even my grandchild was shocked at the cost. I won't be going back to 5 Guys any time soon.

on here that gets this place five stars or says how great they are is a part of the problem and is what part of the matrix because there's no reason why this place should be rated five stars four stars three stars two stars they should be able to be given one star, if not less manager has a terrible attitude. The food was very poor I could make a better burger at my house and you know what that's exactly what I did. The the only bright side of my experience. Was the Pretty cashier other than the rest of them need to look for work elsewhere with how they treat customers

If I could give these guys zero stars, i would. Ive been to plenty of five guys, never have I had a bad customer experience until I went to the queen creek location. Food is super inconsistent and the staff is extremely rude. Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to the nearest five guys.

I was eating at the Five Guys located in Queen Creek off Victoria Rd. and witnessed one of the most disturbing displays of workplace bullying I’ve ever seen while visiting this location. A young man — a hardworking employee who had clearly been doing his best during a busy shift was loudly berated in front of customers and staff. The yelling was so aggressive that the entire store went quiet. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate.
What was even more upsetting was seeing another store manager laughing from the corner while this young man visibly froze, trying not to cry. To see his body lock up from the distress, and management allow and even encourage this kind of behavior is absolutely appalling.
Workplace bullying, especially from those in leadership, should never be tolerated — and certainly not at the expense of someone trying to do their job with dignity. I sincerely hope corporate takes this seriously and makes immediate changes, because this location is failing its employees and its customers. I will not go back.

This place USE TO be amazing! The management has changed this year (and I can tell). They never have enough people working to make the food or clean. The food isn't consistent (raw, overcooked and fries are soggy or too salty, cheese never melts). Sometimes it smells like pot near the bathrooms. Staff looks miserable. The managers are degrading their employees in front of customers. I have seen it for myself more than once. Finding a new place to eat. If you do eat there, be nice to the younger staff. Thank you.

OVERPRICED
The parking here is awful. It took us 20 whole minutes to find somewhere to park.
The food here was really good. Fresh, hot, delicious, the only issue we had was that the bacon was cooked to the point it was crispy and pieces were burnt.
Service was fantastic. We were greeted, our order was taken immediately and they were sincerely apologetic about the bunt bacon.
