Twice I have gone to buy corn and it was served cold to me, I told the girl to warm it up for me and it came back cold.

Also the corn looked dark, it was not yellow as it should be. Therefore I think they should focus on that, the service was bad from the girls ?

Poor customer service. Refused to prepare what I asked for because it was too close to close time (30 min prior). Service girl had terrible attitude entire time.

Watched one of the guys making food start to peel a cucumber, he accidentally drops it in the trash, looks around to see if anyone saw him, takes it out of the trash and proceeds to peel it and cut it up. At this point do you guys even wash your fruits and veggies? Secondly chips were stale. Did I get an old bag of chips for my nachos? Lastly bathrooms were dirty with No toilet paper or paper towels.

Excellent customer service and mangonada was delicious! Very clean establishment and lots of sweets to choose from for that sweet tooth! Great place for desserts!

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! I ordered some Tosti Lokos with shrimp to go. After I left and opened the bag I looked and noticed there wasn’t any shrimp! So I called and told the girl I spoke with I would bring it back so they could see there wasn’t any shrimp. Once I got there she had an attitude and told me she did put shrimp and that I must have taken all the shrimp off!! Are you kidding me? You didn’t put any shrimp on there! Then she said ‘well I checked the cameras and we did put 2 scoops of shrimp on it, so I don’t know where it went between here and there!’ Then she wouldn’t even just add shrimp to the clearly shrimpless food! Just said shes giving me a refund! Worst experience I’ve ever had there!
