Pizza was undercooked and full of flour. Almost as if it had been unmixed, and then taken out of the oven too soon. Delivery took over an hour for only two pizzas. Definitely not old school Hungry Howie's quality. Not worth it for $40 they charged.

Door Dasher here. The young boy at the counter tonight did not seem to be in any rush. Customer’s order was to be ready at 6:39. They told me it would be another 4 minutes. No problem. But then 6 customers and 10 minutes later he looked at me confused and needed me to remind him what I was waiting on. He didn’t once think to check on it between customers. If the store doesn’t prioritize door dash customers the same as everyone else then don’t offer that service.

This is prisoner food. Everything about it was subpar. And it's way over priced. We got a "large" pizza and boneless wings with ranch. Somehow the prepackaged ranch tasted like garbage. The boneless wings weren't crispy at all and I'm not even 100% sure the wings themselves were cooked all the way through at this point. On top of that, the wings weren't even coated in sauce. Just placed on top of them.The pizza was almost like eating cardboard and my wife and I started feeling sick after eating it. We got half pepperoni and half ham and pineapple. The pepperoni half tasted like lemon on certain bites. Really hoping it was actual lemon we tasted and not a cleaning product. We didn't even finish the pizza. And the pizza being a "large" seemed more like a Domino's medium. We would have been better off getting 2 $5 pizzas from Little Caesars for the quality we got, and we would have saved money.10 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND. Frozen pizza and wings from the grocery store is of higher quality than this junk.

We have came here a few times and at most I would say they are 3 stars, but tonight we just had to throw away the pizzas we bought because we have two toddlers that we didn't want o risk choking, my wife took a bite out of her slice and we both heard a loud crunch and as she dug through the pizza she found a pebble! A freaking pebble! How does that even get in a pizza???!!!?? Seriously how does a pebbled get in to any of the pizza ingredients or dough???!Parking: Tiny spots and so many cars, it's a nightmare when there is a rush

Outstanding good food good service feel bad tho total came to $38...when time for money only said $31 so gave him $36 felt like good tip get to truck look at receipt and seems did t give enough for the total. Love to save money but don't want to do anyone wrong have great carma. Thanks

Ordered pick up from this locations multiple times, never had a single issue. Food has always been made accurately, ready in a proper time, and staff is always pleasant. Not sure why no many poor reviews but I can say in the last 6yrs of coming here I’ve never had a single issue.

Last time, I'll give these guys a chance. The employees at this store just dont care. There is no pride in their job. Must be a very poor manager. The boneless wings had little to no sauce. Before I left, I asked about my purchased ranch I bought. They told me it was in the wing boxes. My bad for not trusting them and drove home. Also, we purchased the cinnamon howie bread. They didn't even add the frosting for it.

Apparently when you call in an order, it is outsourced to a call center outside the US. We had to give our address literally 5 times. We gave them a valid debit card and they said it was denied. So they entered something incorrectly. So we said we could possibly pay cash and then they hung up. When we realized We only had a $100 bill, we called back and had to go through hoops. Then asked how we would like a refund when we didn't pay for it yet... or maybe we did. If this company won't allow the branches to pick up their own phones, I will not use this company anymore. It's plain stupid.

The pizza sauce tastes like they water it down about 3 times. No flavor at all. They are way more expensive than Barros, and not nearly as good. We ordered the Howie Maui and there was barely any pineapple on it. We were extremely disappointed and wont be ordering from here again.

We ordered gluten-free pizza because my husband is gluten-intolerant. The day after we ordered, he woke up quite ill. When I checked the receipt, I discovered that whoever took the order did not key in that the pizza should be gluten-free. She repeated it back correctly, then put it in the system incorrectly. I contacted Hungry Howie's via their online system to lodge a complaint. That was more than 2 weeks ago, and I haven't heard back from anyone. Needless to say, that's the first and last time that I will be ordering from them.

We ordered some pizza and BBQ boneless wings from this location. When we got the food the wings were what I thought was a prank. It was plain chicken nuggets with a slight drizzle of bbq sauce, nothing like it was displayed on their site when I ordered. When I called the manager told me that they make their wings differently from other hungry howies…… what?? He said they don’t toss them in sauce and that the way I got my wings were correct. I told him the amount of sauce on these wouldn’t even be enough for 1 wing and that their website illustrated a false expectation. He then stated that because they were an independently owned location I couldn’t voice my complaint via their corporate office. The food was a joke and the service was even more so .
