I love In-n-out. However, this one can NOT get right. Of all the restaurants I've visited in and out of state, this one is by far the worst. First of all, they douse all of the ingredients in 5× the amount of salt they are supposed to, they don't make the buns correctly, and they dont make their fries correctly. This location really needs someone from their main office to do some quality control because it's truly disgusting. The sad part is I've given them multiple chances, thinking that maybe it was just a fluke. Nope, they don't follow proper procedure, and they're oblivious to the fact that most people dont like half a salt shaker of salt on their food

This was my first visit and we weren't very impressed. For some reason all the hype about the food made it sound like a special place to get a burger. In my opinion there are much better tasting fast food burgers out there. The fries got cold very quickly and it was very loud inside from music and customers. Thankfully it wasn't too expensive so you get what you pay for.

Joe and Daphne are amazing employees and super sweet!
My husband and I got to this location basically once a week. We love the food, the service is great and they are very accurate with their orders. However two weeks in a row our order was missing items. When I reached out to let the company know, they were so kind and did everything to make it right. It’s rare to find such good customer service these days but in n out does it right !

Bryaden is the man. Best service and good man providing the best service. Asked for a rag to clean the table, he said “I’ll get that for you no worries sir”. Actively cleaned our table in front of our eyes. No one does it like Brayden nowadays, give this man a raise!
