So I’m not a big in and out fan but last night my nephew treated me to some food, he went to in and out! I told him cheese burger and small fries! As soon as he brought the food back in I smelled the onions! I got my food and the fries were hard little strings! I looked at my burger I had more onions than burger! I pulled the half of onion they put on it and my burger still tasted like onions! The in and out burger in Cali is wayyy better!

Found a roach cooked onto my fries tonight. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be eating at this location again, may also need to take a long break from any in n out restaurants for awhile. Probably best to avoid this location and find yourself food somewhere else.

Ordered at this location tonight. Fries were ice cold and although I repeated myself more than once to the cashier, they forgot my chopped chilies on my burger and the animal fries that were ordered.

I know I've left positive reviews for this In and Out after many trips and many good experiences. They messed up the order and due to an allergy I had to return, no big deal. My fault for not checking even though they didn't read the order back to me. The issue was that I went back, with no shoes, thinking I could just re order through the drive thru. The same employee that took my order incorrectly wanted nothing to do with it and told me to go inside. In a line of 30 people I didn't want to be "that guy" so I waited. For awhile until another customer in line told me to go ahead. It still wasn't that big of a deal but I brought the receipt and unwanted allergy burger. I requested a new fry since my fries were cold after a 30 minute round trip and waiting on line. They treated it like a new order and gave me the total for both. When I asked if I could at least get the burger that I ordered it took 3 employees to at least mark down the burger and charge me for the fries. No apology, no I'm sorry, no what can we do to make this right. Just business as usual, not the In and Out I'm used to. The fall of another great empire. Even though this In and out is by my gym and not too far from where I live, this experience will help me cut fast food out of my diet so Thank you for a bad experience I guess

This location has roaches!! A roach was fried into one of my fries. Turned my entire stomach. Through up all of my food because I can see the legs on the roach!! I will never ever eat at this location or any in n out ever again for that matter. Don’t eat here!
