Ordered delivery, it’s a shame we used to love this place. We received no sweet and sour sauce for our S&S chicken or rolls. The Mongolian beef didn’t have beef. The fried rice tasted like it was ether reheated or fried in a dirty pan (think how old fryer oil smells). Hoping next time is better

Not even the convenience factor will make me go there ever again! I should have learned the first 2 terrible times! The spring rolls have no spring, they’re mush, the countable vegetables in the equally mushy chow mein and the orange chicken over….something. Save your money!

I don’t feel the food, for the most part, is anything to rave about but it isn’t bad. I keep coming back for the Tangerine Shrimp, no other place around has a dish like it. I like my broccoli more steamed than they serve and continue to ask for it to be well done…yesterday we went and ate in and the broccoli was perfect, but there were only 4 pieces. The shrimp and sauce are great! My biggest complaint is the menu…they simply will not allow for adding extra protein or a second protein to a dish, and will not take orders for a side order of tangerine shrimp. We spent more than $40 on the two meals and to get more of the shrimp to share I would have had to order another complete meal. Ultimately these policies have led to me ordering less frequently and finding somewhere else when hungry for more than the standard entree.
The Sashwan chicken didn't seem to have the thick flavor, it was kinda watery. I ordered at 7:50pm and paid online. Got my food at 8:15pm and left. At 10:50pm they charged my credit card another $19.00. And canceled the original $17.00 Total..What. wait. Nothing on my order changed. Hold up, you can't just dip in on my credit card fool!! Will be DISPUTING charges as soon as the bill processed completely. You just lost a customer!

I've lived in Gilbert for 20 years and have been coming to Iron Chef for over 10 years.... My wife and I used to love this place, visiting 1–2 times a month, we had great memories here, and loved the food!!! ...however the last few visits, we started to notice the quality and service slipping, but this last visit was absolutely the worst.... Pork Fried Rice with no pork, no veggies, and NO EGG!!! .... Chicken Chow Fun, with no chicken and the noodles all stuck together, Butterfly Shrimp that was cooked in burnt oil and tasted overdone, so bad the breading fell off.... When I called them to complain about our order, and asked for a resolution or a refund of $48.00, the girl speaking to me on the phone was rude, gave me the run around, and on top of it, couldn't speak proper English..... It's a shame really, because we really liked this place, great memories!!! .....now it's overpriced, and loaded with inferior produce, proteins and MSG!!! They never refunded my money, and they never attempted to give me a food credit or a refire, Not recommended!!!

Ordered the General Tso’s with Fried Rice and an Egg Roll. Egg roll was absolutely amazing!! Fried was average no complaints there. But the Generals Tso’s was not good at all, the chicken was very burnt and chewy tasting. The sauce was extremely watery, not thick at all. I don’t recommend this dish at all if you order from them.
Ordered our food on line said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there to pick it up told it would be 1 1/2 hours. So waited for them to text me that my order was ready and never heard from them. Called 1 hour 45 minutes later and of course it was ready. Picked it up drive home five minutes and looking forward to eating it and it was cold. I am bummed.

This place is a dinky space. Great for take out not done in. The food is the best in queen creek San tan valley area! I’ve lived here for years and it’s the only Chinese food I eat in this area
