Don't get me wrong we all know what jack in the box is. We don't expect gourmet food. We just expect food that is consistent. However last night it was like they gave us leftovers of whatever they had! The tacos had no cheese or lettuce and looked like a empty shell, the sourdough jack was literally nothing but grease and well the onion rings, well I will let the picture tell you. It was the worst I have seen. Reminded me of why it has gone downhill and not worth the price for it!

Night crew always disappoints the employees never listen and always seem to have an attitude, my order is always wrong or has an issue or missing something. We need new joints around here bc this one’s fallen off

The worst service I’ve ever experienced I’ve been a gm in fast food for 4/5 years and never have I ever made anyone wait 45 mins yall served 20 people before me because they ordered differently so if you order in the drive thru you get your food quicker than a mobile order crazy yall need to get your stuff together this store is ran horribly

These people have taken the cheese hostage. I have NEVER received cheese on my spicy chicken with cheese combo. I even heard her tell the guy in the back it was with cheese. Has me check everything is in th bag and okay it before letting me drive away cheese free. Release the cheese.

Well got out of the hospital and decided to stop at 1:30 am ... Guy working the drive through greeted us by laughing at the intercom and then throughout the entire interaction was completely rude ... Shoved the card reader out the window Had no personality looking at us like we ruined his evening, messed up our drinks and just shoved food out the window without saying thank you or anything.
Fix your attitude man and work on your customer service or find another job.

Sorry but there are better choices in the fast food selection. It appears they were short staffed, food was prepared rather sloppily, and tables were overdue for being wiped down.

Night crew on Tuesday night is NICE

Staff is rude! I come through the drive thru and go to order, she proceeds to tell me they only have diet and that I should read the sign on the box. The sign is a piece of receipt paper that is folded in half so I could not see the sign. Asks me if everything is correct on the screen, which it is. Go up to the window to pay everything. Get my food come to find out there are items missing. So I go inside and ask for my missing items. Where she tells me it was not on there and I needed to pay for it. Whatever no big deal. Manager giving a little nasty side eye while I tell them I got my drink but not the meal and I needed to put that in my order. Felt very rude of them to ask me if I saw the sign in the rudest way when she could’ve politely told me what the problem was.
