Not sure what's been up with this Jack in the Box latley. My last 3 orders, all the same order, first one my breakfast sandwich was missing an egg, then the next 2 orders I was missing a hashbrown. These were doordash orders so I couldn't just go up to the counter. It seems as though there is no quality control at this location as there are always issues. Bottom line, try to avoid ordering from here for delivery, and if you pick it up, definitely check your food.

Placed a mobile order and arrived 10 mins after placing it. They did have it ready after a small wait at the window. The lady in the window got mine confused with the car behind me, gave me regular soda instead of the diet on my ticket for my blood sugar, and they left out the keychain. I normally don’t leave reviews over a mistake or a wait but they had 10 minutes to read and prep my food lol. Hopefully just an off day

This is actually the worst jack in the box experience I've ever had. Super sad since its the only one in the area, fries were cold and im missing lettuce, tomatoes, mayo on my sandwich. I thought it was going to be a great experience after waiting 12 mins to receive food. It was the worst experience.

Came in and had the most pleasant experience with the staff. I think her name was Kyla (spelling?) My food was perfect and hot. Whenever she is there, I will get food. I've been here in the past and it was subpar at best.

I decided to try this location for the first time (drive-thru) this afternoon and was pleased. The lady at the window was very kind, had good energy, super polite, and patient. The food was good, not super hot, but warm enough. The drink was super cold and really good. 👍

The coca-cola tasted flat and old I dont know how thats possible. Plus the sourdough jack that usually has tomatoes, doesn't have tomatoes. Its all bad
