I had a very sweet girl named Aubrey made sure I got my food. She was busy but she made sure my food got made and was hot. Worth the wait. Ill be back. She was so pretty too.

Well my friends. You know the rules. I will praise an establishment and critique the bad ones. Last JITB was my favorite place to eat fast food because they have a pretty good menu. Not so fast my friends, doesn't mean that the food is any good anymore. So l ordered 2 jumbo Jack's with cheese 🧀, so how hard to mess it it up right!!! It was a slow time for this place and you can watch the line cook assemble my order. Well you would think the this food would come out hot 🔥 and fresh, now wow factor in this cheese burger, not here my friends. The cheese hamburger was dry, the burger is pre cooked and kept in a warmer. The manager asked me how was the the jumbo jack? I said still cold, the buns are stail, She said that the temperature was 190 degrees , man that would be hot but its not. I asked to fix 1 up for her to eat, she said that she dont like them. What is she really taking the temperature of? Anymore when I am paying $5.00 or $50.. dollars for food it will be hot 🔥 Fresh to order or YOU will cook it all over or if you can't you best just refund me. I have over 45 years of cooking experience. So step it up. Anyways I told the Manager Katy, she really didn't seem to care, most fast food management or people who works in fast food dont give a rats ass because they are not eating it, they hate the job, its a pay check for now. Anyways the food comes out like it have previously been made and have been sitting on the counter for a couple of hours. Oh yes I like to go out to eat, I can cook it but it's nice to have someone to do it for a change. It's a gamble to go out to eat. Just sayin my friends. Why cant my fast food be hot and fresh as l order it? Soposivly that's what we are paying for, hot 🔥 and fresh food but we can't seem to get it. Super disappointed. Online says the drive-thru is 24hours. After getting off a late shift i sat in the lit up drive thru for about 15 mins and no one answered. Drove around front there were no cars but lights were on. Super disappointed and went home hungry.

This place takes forever to get your food to you and they tell you to go around and wait infront for like 30+ mins , terrible service 😒 don't go here, finally got the food I had to go inside with 4 other customers and complain that the food was taking way to long and one customer said her food was cold and order was wrong. After getting my food home and opening my sour dough#1 it looked like a 4 year old put my sandwich together the bread looked like they slapped it together and threw a burger patty inside and called it #1 pitiful!! Also I got the mini tacos and paid for 13 tacos there was 6 tacos. Whatever you do!!! Do not go here to JNB this place is a disgrace to the JNB name!! I hope this places gets a manager that knows what they are doing.

Half full popcorn chicken box at 935 ordered waited 10 mins for this half box.. Came after work and no manager in store to help the crew give me a refund. Took about ten mins to come tell me I couldn't do it and would just give me a chicken box. Wasn't satisfied with the communication and horrible customer service from everyone except the young lady whom handed my my box at about 15 mins to resolve the half way filled order which I had a receipt too. Second visit was afternoon at 434 I arrived
This place was disgusting inside lobby. 80% of tables dirty. Floors & windows looked like they haven't been swept or cleaned in weeks. Soda station a mess. My appetite was lost just waiting for my order. This is a crappy managed fast food place in Queen Creek. I hope the kitchen area is complete opposite of the lobby. I can't believe how bad this place made me feel. Enough to leave this review. Someone has to care & do better. PLEASE!

Adding description I have been at this place twice. Same slow experience. We ordered thru the drive thru. There was one car in front that was already paying. The parking lot looked decent. Inside possible one or two customers. The staff was decently nice. But my issue is that the service is way too slow. It looked as if there were only two people at 3:15pm on a Monday. The food was over-drenched in Mayo.
The other time I came there was a line in the drive through that was ridiculous. But we stayed due to the fact that we were stuck. I didn't give that one a poor rating seeing as I don't know how much people order, or if this day you were short staff. My food was decent but the workers were very nice and did apologize.

For a newer restaurant, this appears to be going downhill fast. Was the only one in there (around noon), with one car in drive-thru, but it took awhile to even take my order. I filled drinks while waiting on my food and the drink area was filthy…like hadn’t been addressed all day type filthy. The floor was also very dirty. Food was up relatively quick but sourdough jack was cold and fries seemed/tasted old. For as much as this place costs these days ($39 for two meals and one additional burger), I kinda expect more.

All I asked was for 8 piece nuggets meal, medium, with a drink. When I went to the window I waited for a minute or 2 before they opened it and quite literally TOSSED the bag of FOOD to me while saying nothing and just shut the window again. The fries were everywhere but in the cup and I ordered an eight piece and the box I opened only had four. Will probably never come back here unless it’s a last resort.
