I work very close by to this location and have always had a good experience instead opened however, today I placed a mobile order for the same southwest grilled chicken salad. I’ve gotten for a couple months now and I’m not sure if this is something that has permanently changed but the chicken that usually comes in the salad is not the same chicken that they use for the teriyaki chicken. I got at best four small pieces of chicken little to no corn and beans. Upon getting my food asked to purchase a water cup which is usually about $.25 and they charged me $3.50. When I questioned it my Apple Pay had already registered. I told the girl no worries but I definitely didn’t wanna spend a whole other four dollars for a drink when I asked for water.

Corbin was literally the best fast food employee I’ve ever had in a drive through experience and I’ve had a lot please give him a raise he was so funny and matched my cars energy and then made sure to make unit feel bad for taking time to order our food and gave us everything we asked for in our bag we checked it when we got home and everything was perfect he’s literally the goat

Never a line HOWEVER you will be sure to wait at least 15 min for your order. Our order was 2 breakfast jacks, 1 fry w/ a soda. Very simple and should never take this long. It has happened to us before, we tired giving them a chance but this ridiculous.

Kassandra was very sweet & accommodating when it came to helping us out with remedying an incorrect drive through order. She was very gracious & generous, my boyfriend and I were very impressed with her customer service :)
I’ve been served by her before & she has been very kind each time. She is a wonderful employee.
Jack in the box is usually good, however this location specifically seemed to be a little busy and the service was okay. There were only 3 people working at mid night so orders were delayed. Can’t blame them. The bathrooms are disgusting, fleeces on the seat and menstrual blood I’m assuming as well on each of the toilets. I’m more disappointed how women can be, and not know how to be women and clean up after themselves. Have two employees giggling in the back while the front cashier is having a hard time. But overall it’s a decent store, does what it needs to but beware of the bathrooms.
