I went in for 4 sandwiches, two were wrong. The lady taking the order was annoyed and rude. I went back to let them know the sandwich’s were wrong and she’s annoyed again. Didn’t offer to remake it. Instead put the side that we’re left out in a to go tray and handed it over. When you pay jersey mike prices, you expect what your order to be made correctly. If it’s wrong as things happen sometimes, you expect great customer service. We eat at jersey mikes often and the service here was a joke!
Friendly helpful staff always makes my sandwiches just the way I ask. And they never seem annoyed when I pop in 15 min before close after I get off work. Thank you for being open till 10

I just love getting a sub sandwich from Jersey Mikes and the employees actually care about your order. Each sub is as perfect as they can be. The Big Kahuna is amazing and extremely filling. The manager is exceptional.

Was looking forward to a simple dinner and getting sandwiches. But the service at Jersey Mike's on Rittenhouse and Ellsworth is horrible. They were not busy and had more staff on hand than customers. First no one greets you there, I stood to get my sandwiches ordered and the girl is talking to me while still making a sandwich and asks what I want. She was very far away so I had to yell my order. I ordered 3 sandwiches and chips. I asked the person making my sandwich to mark this particular sandwich on the bag so I knew which one without cheese. Of course they didn't do it. After I paid I was waiting for my order to get bagged and the guy just walks away. I said can I get a bag I have 4 items, he just hands me the bag and walks away, he didn't bag it. I then said did you not mark the bag I asked, he said no. He walks away again I said I need my kids drink. I really like Jersey Mike's but I will avoid this location in the future, I suggest hiring people who actually care.

I went to Jersey Mike's for the 1st time yesterday to get a Philly cheesesteak sandwich.It was really good!! The atmosphere was nice, everything was clean, the employees were great. I'll definitely be back now that I know where to get a great Philly.

We have gone to locations a few times, we have had good experiences previously, but on Friday night around 9:30pm it was the best service and sandwich. Whatever crew was on late on 5/19/23 they were super friendly and it was the best sandwich we've had there. We like giving praise when it's deserved. We were on our way to drop food off at the hospital to our son who was having his second child. THANKS, JERSEY MIKES!Dietary restrictions: We love Jersey Mike because we have nut allergies, and it's a safe place for us.
