Lauren made a boring night very fun just while making me a sandwich, I came in near closing time feeling like I could be an inconvenience and she made me feel the total opposite, so welcoming and friendly and made a perfect sub. Please if she is not a manager, make her one. Shes clearly happy to be there and happy to help. Thanks Lauren, you are the goat of jersey mikes.

Live 40 min away couldn’t go back. Idk if they got my order wrong, but my wife’s club sandwich didn’t have the bacon on it.

Incredibly rude staff. The tall white guy and girl were so incredibly rude to me while I was there ordering my subs. Will not be back.

Been going here ever sense I had a bad experience at the queen creek location. Everyone here treats me and all there customers with respect and I get my food very fast. Always satisfied!

Love the subs. They are great! I have only had pleasant experiences at this location when ordering in person or on the app. It’s clean and the employees are very friendly.

Three times…IN A ROW…I have ordered delivery from this store and they have messed up my order. Once, okay. Twice, getting annoying. Third time, DONE. When I ordered tonight I jokingly said “I wonder if they will get it right this time.” NOPE! Unacceptable. How hard is it to read an order and put the correct three sandwiches into a bag to have someone else deliver them for you?! Do NOT order delivery from this store. Absolutely unacceptable. When you call them they will tell you they will refund you or YOU have to go pick up your sandwich that they will remake for you. Didn’t I use delivery for a reason? And what’s for dinner if you give me a refund?! I enjoy their sandwiches, but I am no longer a customer at this location.

Super friendly fast and efficient

Biggest complaint is they play very loud and indecent music that rattles the walls. Sitting in the dentist office next door at 931a they are blasting vile Music shaking the walls. People inside do not care about those around them. I would avoid this place at all cost. They do not deserve to operate a business.

Save your money. They do not give you what you pay for, it's no wayi pay folr extra cheese and xmeat. What I got was a regular chipotle chicken steak with onions and peppers. Any normal person can figure out it does not have the extra meat by just picking it up.. Plus it has been done right before. So anyone could figure that out.They told my wife they can remake it for her but she would have to pay for it... That's just paying for another screwed up sandwich. That makes no sense. So I had to give it back, i will not take something for nothing. I will dispute the charge. And never go back... people work to hard for there money...... oh plus they had about 10 napkins to weigh it down. So thanks for the napkins, because that does not happen....

I am a huge of Jersey Mikes, there is a gentleman name is Kaleb L who is just so positive. He has great customer service skills and every time I go he is always just terrific in every way kudos to Kaleb and the staff!

Excellent service. Nicest employees are very friendly and helpful. The food was great as always.
