Been going here ever sense I had a bad experience at the queen creek location. Everyone here treats me and all there customers with respect and I get my food very fast. Always satisfied!

Love the subs. They are great! I have only had pleasant experiences at this location when ordering in person or on the app. It’s clean and the employees are very friendly.

Three times…IN A ROW…I have ordered delivery from this store and they have messed up my order. Once, okay. Twice, getting annoying. Third time, DONE. When I ordered tonight I jokingly said “I wonder if they will get it right this time.” NOPE! Unacceptable. How hard is it to read an order and put the correct three sandwiches into a bag to have someone else deliver them for you?! Do NOT order delivery from this store. Absolutely unacceptable. When you call them they will tell you they will refund you or YOU have to go pick up your sandwich that they will remake for you. Didn’t I use delivery for a reason? And what’s for dinner if you give me a refund?! I enjoy their sandwiches, but I am no longer a customer at this location.

Biggest complaint is they play very loud and indecent music that rattles the walls. Sitting in the dentist office next door at 931a they are blasting vile Music shaking the walls. People inside do not care about those around them. I would avoid this place at all cost. They do not deserve to operate a business.

Save your money. They do not give you what you pay for, it's no wayi pay folr extra cheese and xmeat. What I got was a regular chipotle chicken steak with onions and peppers. Any normal person can figure out it does not have the extra meat by just picking it up.. Plus it has been done right before. So anyone could figure that out.They told my wife they can remake it for her but she would have to pay for it... That's just paying for another screwed up sandwich. That makes no sense. So I had to give it back, i will not take something for nothing. I will dispute the charge. And never go back... people work to hard for there money...... oh plus they had about 10 napkins to weigh it down. So thanks for the napkins, because that does not happen....

I am a huge of Jersey Mikes, there is a gentleman name is Kaleb L who is just so positive. He has great customer service skills and every time I go he is always just terrific in every way kudos to Kaleb and the staff!

Excellent service. Nicest employees are very friendly and helpful. The food was great as always.

Always a great experience at this location. We love the staff. Super friendly. Food is tasty and they accommodate all our requests. We order online a lot as well and our orders are always accurate and completed on time. Makes for a quick pickup when we’re running kids around!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread tastes good, needs more moisture from toppings/condiments. I’m gluten sensitive and it doesn’t aggravate my stomach at all which is a win because I love sub sandwiches.

The same “Giant” sub on one day will weigh 2 lbs, the next day it will weight 1.14 lbs. Huge difference.
At 1.14 lbs for a “Giant” sub, the term “xtra meat” is a scam.
$24 for a big loaf of bread with a paper thin layer of meat in between is theft. Especially when you pay extra for the option.
The only way to actually enjoy this sandwich is with extra meat option and then pray that you actually get extra meat.
More times than not, the extra meat is simply not there.
The inconsistency in this product makes this business a scam and the owner laughing all the way to the bank.

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike's! The staff were super friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The place was impressively clean, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I also love that they’re one of the few spots open late, perfect for those late-night cravings. The sandwiches were fresh and packed with flavor. I’ll definitely be returning!

Need to do better! Took 3 calls to be able place order. Ended up placing order with call center as Caleb who answered at store asked me to hold and never came back. Pick up order only to find not all items were on order sent by call center, and this is a reoccurring issue and is my reason for trying to order with store directly. After a second trip back to the store to get the rest of our order so we could finally sit down and eat. My sandwich was horrible. The bread itself was hard, tasted stale I didn't even eat it. I did call to speak with manager, who, lo and behold is Caleb, to share my experience but gotta say he did not seem to be too concerned about the negative opinion of the days visit. It's a shame, that this seems to be the norm anymore. Sad to see Jersey Mikes added to the list of establishments that have given up on quality product and service.

8/2 Kaleb Lewis and his team tonight around 6:45-7pm were amazing! We are out of towners and the hospitality here was purely amazing! After a very bad experience at Walgreens coming here and seeing how amazing these guys are got me out of my funk! Thank you guys!!!!

Been in here a few times. Every time I come in I’m greeted right away. Place is clean and the people who work here are always pretty nice. Great customer service from this team.
