Just wanted something small and simple, so I ordered the kids meal sandwich (ham, tomato, lettuce) without cheese... The sandwich I ended up with was just ham with a bunch of oregano on it? If an actual kid got this, they wouldn't be eating it.

My sandwich was made 100% correct and was delicious. However, the service was atrocious! I phoned in my order and was told 10-13 minutes for pick up. I arrived at 15 minutes to be safe. My order was not ready. There were several people in line that had placed orders or were placing orders. All of them walked out the door while I stood there still waiting. I heard my name and looked up to see one of the associates pulling my order slip off the line and just beginning to make my sandwich. By the time 2 other customers walked out the door I got my order 31 minutes after calling it in! I will not return to this Jersey Mike's again. Inept service!

I love this Jersey Mike's location!The young men who work here ( I assume one is the manager) are always so courteous and professional. The store is nice and clean and the order accuracy is great as long as the manager is working. I normally order ahead on the app and the pickup orders make my life so much easier!You guys are great!

Store manager was very accommodating! We ordered delivery and DoorDash decided 10 minutes after delivery time to cancel my order and told to contact the store. We ended up having to pick up our order after staff made our order fresh and no extra charge! I will never use DoorDash again as it was very unprofessional to do what they did!

Don't order online it's pointless. You get there and they still make you wait. And that's every time I go to pick up it's like if they don't care about online orders. Also double check they put everything in ur order they forget to put drinks.

It was my first time eating at any Jersey Mike's and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They suggested the the Big Kahuna. I was impressed. It was alot to eat and tasted great. I was stuffed. It is now my favorite place to go for a sub sandwich.
