Whoever the crew is working today was ha ds down the best. I made a mistake and one of the guys fixed it for me and it turned out to be the best sandwich we've had at any Jimmy John's. Thanks!

Ordered online tonight at 6:10pm for delivery. Two sandwiches. I thought JJ’s was delivering my food but they subbed it out to uber eats. I didn’t get my food until after 7:30pm. It was picked up at 7:08 and delivered after 7:30 even though I live 4 minutes from the store because the driver decided to deliver two other orders before mine. My toasted sandwiches were cold and soggy. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with delivery. Had I known it was being sent to uber eats I would have ordered from somewhere else. I definitely won’t be ordering JJ’s anytime soon.

I stop at this Jimmy John’s fairly often, and I’ve noticed a recurring issue that really takes away from the customer experience. The employees regularly park in the front-row spots of this busy strip mall — sometimes even rotating vehicles to keep those spaces, which I witnessed today.

It gives off a bit of an entitled vibe, and it’s frustrating to watch customers park farther away while the staff takes the most convenient spaces. Typically, businesses ask employees to park a little farther out so customers can come and go more easily.

I’m not asking for anything major — just hoping management can address this, because it’s a small change that would make a big difference for those of us who stop in regularly.

The new toasted sandwich was nothing special. My choice was the 3 cheese, but all it had was cheese and red sauce from a bottle. Really an unnecessary sandwich.

when I went in I could hear the workers cussing in the back. I ordered a #1 and then went to sit down and waited. for 20 minutes. for one sandwich. bruh. after I got my sandwich I go out to my car drive home. I go inside and what do I see the grievous sight of a #11. so not only did I not get the right sandwich, but I had to wait so long in the stinky lobby. will never come back. jersey Mike's is better. hell firehouse subs is better. subway is still somehow worse tho.

Shout out to the QC JJ’s. I always order extra tomatoes on my sandwich. I’ll even tell them “as many tomatoes as you can get on the sandwich, I would love that.” Thank you Jimmy John’s, today I felt seen and heard and loved my sandwich.

Jimmy John’s is no longer an option for my family. The prices are so high now and the quantity you get has noticeably shrunk. There’s no longer value in their food.

Rude and poor customer service. They were short with me when I asked questions about the sandwiches and when our sandwich was done it sat there for a long time because they never told us our order was done. And when I walked up to the counter to ask if it was our order the girl said "I guess. Probably" very unprofessional.

"Spicy East Coast Italian", favorites #7, sub sandwich and iced tea were much better than expected and the service was excellent!
