Jimmy John’s is no longer an option for my family. The prices are so high now and the quantity you get has noticeably shrunk. There’s no longer value in their food.

Rude and poor customer service. They were short with me when I asked questions about the sandwiches and when our sandwich was done it sat there for a long time because they never told us our order was done. And when I walked up to the counter to ask if it was our order the girl said "I guess. Probably" very unprofessional.

We LOVE JJ’s sandwiches and were bummed they no longer delivered to our area but ordered pickup. Got home and 2 sandwiches were incorrect but the manager made it right and offered to deliver for us. I was SO happy, he was very polite & respectful and he made our day! Best manager ever!!

Dropped in during a busy night of running errands and was so glad! I've only eaten at Jimmy John's once or twice before, and not at this location. The store was clean and inviting, with a good setup and flow. The menu is easy to understand, though it is pretty high up on the wall. The staff made eye contact right away and welcomed us in, then waited patiently while we decided what to order. They were very accommodating. The food came out in a timely manner, and tasted great! We ordered a BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch on wheat and a Vito, plus pickle chips and a triple chip cookie. I tried the chicken crunch sandwich on a whim, and it was surprisingly tasty. The wheat bread was fantastic and soft. The cookie was only so-so, but I'm pretty picky about my cookies. Overall, I will definitely go back.

Been to Jimmy John’s a thousand times and this is the worst store I have ever been to. They lost our order, waited 15 min just to receive a sandwich with barley any meat.
