Horrible service. I ordered $42 worth of food. I asked 3 times for 1 Mac and cheese and 2 fries all large. I received 2 mashed potatoes and a Cole slaw. My fault for not checking, but they were careless
They forgot my coleslaw even though I said i wanted coleslaw. I spent 34 dollars on that coleslaw. They didn't close the gravy lid, causing it to spill my gravy in the bag. How dumb is that and stupid chicken heads. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COME TO THIS KFC😡

Just tried this KFC after many many years of not eating it… Two of my pieces of check-in look like they got cooked together so the batter and the chicken was raw where they were connected. I worked at KFC as a teenager and I know for a fact you’re supposed to separate the pieces before you put them in the pressure cooker. I will definitely not be back not to mention. The service sucked through the drive-through as well.

This was one of the worst meals I have ever gotten from anywhere. We had it delivered. The chicken was grey...yes grey. Mostly the breading, which there was not much of to begin with. No food should ever have Grey in it. We had to throw it all away. Disgusting. Needless to say. I'm never eating there again.

All Employees should be wearing GLOVES 🧤 when handling food. If you're not feeling well & have a slight cough 😷 you shouldn't be handling anyone's Food. Customer Service was exceptionally Good.

I don't know how the food was. I just know that Martha was incredibly rude and disrespectful because I asked for a five-piece meal and gave her the two sides, thought that the sign was wrong cuz I've seen that a lot since covid and she decided that it was a four-piece even though she repeated that it was a five-piece and refused to give me the receipt so I couldn't even correct her because she slammed the door in my face after she told me to go around. Trying to call the corporate number is amazingly awful if anyone needs it for whatever reason

Is the number that they will give you and then they'll tell you that they will give you the corporate number and just leave you on hold for about 10 minutes because whatever that number is for is just as terrible....

I went through the drive-through and ordered two large fries. They did not give me my receipt. I tried calling them after I realized, but when I opened my order, both of the boxes of fries were half filled. This is ridiculous. I paid over five dollars for each of these and this is what I got, I can’t even report it to corporate because they never gave me my receipt
