Ordered through the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. The cashier told me to pull to the front. As I waited for 30 mins thinking it was busy I saw several cars pull through the drive thru and receive their food timely. I went in to grab my food and they had not prepared it. The young lady at the drive thru window parked me but didn’t tell the back counter I was there for pickup. Got home the chicken was mushy, biscuits were hard, and mac n cheese was not consumable. I made a complaint and no response back.

In the drive thru, I order a #7 (3 piece chicken dinner w/ 2 sides and a drink). I got home and there were only TWO PIECES, NOT THREE pieces of chicken. I PAID FOR THREE!!! Too much traffic to go back out there to get the MISSING PIECE OF CHICKEN which (since I PAID FOR IT) and only received TWO, in a sense of the word, they STOLE MY MONEY!

Ordered my 5 year old the 5pc nugget kids meal and fries that he always orders..came to a total of $9…. Drove 15 min home.. get my kid set up with his food only to open it and find this..5 tiny pieces of chicken and no fries but an applesauce…. You can see just how tiny the chicken are Compared to the kids bucket they’re in and the applesauce pouch… I want a refund ASAP

Wings are back! Tossed in honey bbq. Yay. Unless they don’t want too at this location. Been here a few times. One time they straight up lied and told me they tossed them in honey bbq when there was no bbq residue in the paper box and when they toss them they come in plastic containers. So I know they didn’t. This last time they didn’t toss them again and I asked. Employer came back and said the distributor didn’t send the sauce to toss they can’t. Well. A. Tell the person or take it off the menu. Don’t just give them the wings and say nothing about their order not being correct. and b. The manager told me they have lazy managers and employees who don’t have the time to refill the sauce or toss them. So they just don’t do it or lie about it. I never had a problem at any other location. For some reason the places near me stink and I have to go to baseline and signal butte to get what I order. Same thing Wingstop by me is terrible. Rittenhouse one is good. Must be the combs curse ,)

My wife placed an order on line around noon to be picked up at 5pm. Our son went to pick it up and they canceled the order at 4:58pm with no reason for it being canceled. My wife called to see what was going on and was told the order was ready we just had to pay for it again so she paid again. Our son went in to try to pick it up again and they said it was canceled again with no reason but our card was charged twice. After calling corporate we got pur food

They forgot my coleslaw even though I said i wanted coleslaw. I spent 34 dollars on that coleslaw. They didn't close the gravy lid, causing it to spill my gravy in the bag. How dumb is that and stupid chicken heads. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COME TO THIS KFC😡
