Little Caesars Pizza

As the local manager of Underground Burger, I would like to give Joseph and his team praise for their excellent service and for having a visibly clean store. Every time we order pickup for my team the food is fresh and timely.

T E R R I B L E! Thst hot n ready was over cooked and rubbery. It had to be one of those about to expire and be tossed pizzas. Idk how long the oven life is but I have never had a hot n ready so bad in my life. I woke rather be told they were cooking more now than to be sold that awful pizza. I eat little Caesars at least 5 times a month thank goodnes that is not my regular store! It makes me sad all over again. The entire pizza was trashed. I don't care how hungry I am the next time I'm in San Tan, I will avoid this location at all costs.

Burned my stuffed crust pizza and still gave it to me in the portal. The breadsticks were old tasting. The only thing that tasted good was the Pepperoni puffs.

Only leaving a star because I have to I never thought in my life I would ever say I don't want pizza but today they proved me wrong because I received the most greasy, disgusting pizza in life I couldn't eat it because the grease would just flow out please be aware of the pizza you are buying because you could be buying a box of grease 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I ordered 2 simple pizzas and they took over 40 minutes. The service I received from Joseph was horrible, I’m pretty sure he’s the manager since his uniform is different from the others. After expressing frustration for the long wait, he was rude, disrespectful and unapologetic. And on top of everything, we found HAIR in the pizza! Based off the service I received from Joseph and the unhygienic atmosphere, I will not be going to this location ever again. I will be letting all my friends and family know, to stay away from this location, it is NOT worth their money.

Outrageous. Waited over 20 minutes for a simple cheese pizza and breadsticks. Lady in the back was talking about customers. Breadsticks weren’t cut. There’s no way making pizza can take that long. Won’t be coming back.

Pizzas seems to be prepped and done in a few mins. No long wait once your order is taken. Pretty inexpensive prices if you are looking to get pizzas for a get together or party.

Last couple times we've been here the pizza was overcooked while the crazy bread has been downright raw. Had to finish baking in my own oven. Won't be back.

This team may need retraining. Deep Dish pizza order had two small, sad, circular. Went back in and the manager said that's how they always make them... Definitely not going back here.

This is the SECOND time I have ordered from here and the food is raw. First time was an insanely undercooked and thin pizza, called the manager who was very pleasant and offered a replacement pizza and free drinks. I wont even bother this time, raw crazy bread is insane. There doesn't seem to be any quality control whatsoever.

I ordered 4 items for dinner and 3 of the 4 had been prepared several hours—maybe even a day—prior to my arrival. It was worse than if I had put leftover food in the fridge and reheat it the next day. Totally un-edible. This is not okay.
