This is the SECOND time I have ordered from here and the food is raw. First time was an insanely undercooked and thin pizza, called the manager who was very pleasant and offered a replacement pizza and free drinks. I wont even bother this time, raw crazy bread is insane. There doesn't seem to be any quality control whatsoever.

I ordered 4 items for dinner and 3 of the 4 had been prepared several hours—maybe even a day—prior to my arrival. It was worse than if I had put leftover food in the fridge and reheat it the next day. Totally un-edible. This is not okay.

What’s the point of ordering on the app ahead of time if I have to come in and wait another 20-30 mins? The food is never ready when it says it will be! And then you see the staff running around frantically trying to put an order together. We live close by now and would rather just spend more money somewhere else and not have to wait an hour for a thin crust pizza and crazy bread. Then I get told they are just waiting on my crazy bread, but 5 minutes earlier someone walked in and bought a crazy bread that was ready. The kid with the long hair needs to not touch his nose/face when he’s back there making food. Overall it’s just a messy store. Y’all need a better system in place or something.

Wait for hour and half for my food when l ordered like. Hour and half early so it can be ready they have like 8 people in the back working but none of them dint not where the orders were that guy was working at the front desk he dint not where any of my pizzas were can’t even find them!!

Pizza is not the same as it use to be. U can tell its different management. Poor quality!! I use to love lil Caesars..gonna have to change stores just to give them another chance. My 2 pizzas weren't cooked throughly..under and didn't even look good. They're goin to credit me but they need help before it's too late! Sorry guys!! Get it together!!
Bread sticks were undercooked and the pizza looked like it was cut by a 4yr old. Gigantic pieces, little pieces.

Terrible service at this location. Both times that I’ve done mobile orders here have been very delayed. I had a pickup window of 7:04-7:09 and didn’t get my food until 7:32. I could have walked in and gotten food faster (proven by people who walked in after I got there and received their order before I did). Tonight’s order wasn’t even just mine. Another lady had the exact same thing happen (forgotten order) and they told her the same thing they told me (“I’m sorry, I don’t know how that happened”). If it’s once or one person, I can understand. Multiple times with multiple people is incompetence. And to add insult to injury, they only lost half my order so half of it is now just cold. I will not be returning to this location.

Dont expect hot and ready. It takes 45-60 for a hot and ready lunch. Almost every single time.

Incredibly slow. While I've been waiting I've seen several people enter and leave without anyone coming to take their order. They said my order would take 5 minutes but I've been sitting here for over 20 minutes at this point. I've only seen one customer get their food. Disrespectful, rude, and slow all for bad pizza

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent visit to your establishment, specifically pertaining to my interaction with Manager Rodrigo.
Unfortunately, I found Rodrigo’s approach to customer service to be less than satisfactory. His demeanor was rather brusque, which detracted from the welcoming atmosphere one typically expects from Little Caesars. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of attentiveness to both my order and the general needs of other patrons in the store.
While I appreciate the challenges of managing a busy restaurant, I believe that a more courteous and proactive attitude would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Little Caesars, largely due to the management of Rodrigo. Unfortunately, he has consistently demonstrated poor leadership skills, which negatively impacts both the staff and the overall work environment.
Rodrigo tends to lie about schedules and expectations, which creates confusion among coworkers. Many of us have experienced last-minute changes that he fails to communicate, leading to frustration and chaos during busy shifts. This lack of transparency erodes trust and morale within the team.
Moreover, his treatment of staff is concerning. Rodrigo often speaks to coworkers in a disrespectful manner, belittling their efforts rather than offering constructive feedback. This kind of behavior fosters a toxic atmosphere, making it difficult for employees to feel valued and motivated.
Overall, Rodrigo's management style is detrimental to both staff and customers, ultimately affecting the quality of service at Little Caesars. I hope that changes are made to improve the work environment for everyone involved.
