This is the third time I have come to this little Caesar's. The first two times nothing was ready. Which was confusing to me, because little caesar's is supposed to be known for hot and ready..... On this particular day I came and I ordered the pepperoni cheese puff bites and I got outside and I opened them up to realize that there was no Italian seasoning or butter on them. I went back in and I told the cashier. She told me that it does not go on the pepperoni. It only goes on the cheese and I explain to her. You have a sticker and a picture on the window. That says that Italian seasoning and butter goes on all of them. And I have went to several different little caesars. And they have did it that way now, You're telling me it does not go on to pepperoni. She rolled her eyes, and poured the stuff on my bites on the front counter.

I’ve been to this location many times and can objectively say this location is so poorly run. They never have hot n readys. There are never pizzas in the oven for hot n readys regardless of them always having people filter through asking for them. Everything takes so long at this location.

Saturday, 3/23. @ 6:30 pmWe order a half pepperoni mushroom and half Canadian bacon pineapple pizza with extra sauce and well done. I received a pizza completely different from what I ordered and paid for! This occurrence was the 2nd time in a row this facility did not get my order right!!!!This Little Caesar’s has some serious employee training issues they can no longer blame on Covid! I think too many kids work in this place to get an order right. We like Little Caesar’s when the pizza is cooked as ordered.If I thought it would make any difference I would go in and speak with owner/manager, but I’m sure they’re aware of the incompetence of their staff.

*UPDATE*I'm still coming here, sometimes twice a week. The service is still great. Wonderful and friendly employees. Managers are awesome and the food has not lost it's quality. Sometimes there is a wait and they let you know when there is, but it is understandable ....everyone wants pizza!!Better tasteing than other Lil'Caesars in the area. Plus the staff is ALWAYS friendly no matter how crowded. I have been doing Pizza Friday there for years!! And will continue to. They know my name and weekly order!!*

I tried to order delivery from here but they stole my money and wouldn't give me my pizza back , then I tried to call the support team and the support lady hung up on me don't no order from here unless you go up there because there delivery drivers and support team are lazy irresponsible and rude.

Many times we have used this location, every time we have ordered there has been an issue with our order we try to call and no one picks up the phone. Ironically after multiple times of trying to reach them I drove to the store and the person at the Counter had no one to serve and was ignoring the phone. After ordering delivery we ordered a pretzel pizza with cheese. They delivered a pizza with red sauce instead. Again since calling never works we ignored it. Another order we put in online pizza comes, and same thing. Called into the store multiple times and surprised to get someone I did. The lady who stated she was the manager said we would have to get a reimbursement from door dash, after stating we just wanted the correct pizza she said they had none at the time so just sent the closest thing they had. Fourth time around, made about 10 phone calls and finally got someone. Asked if they had the correct sauce this time and the lady, again who is the manager stated I had to order it online I just called and twice it was an issue. She stated I know I have talked to you before about this (in a snobby manner). This place already has a 2 star review. As a business owner myself I could never imagine my employees let alone someone in management positions act like this. Get your crew together, re staff and try to get poor ratings up they most certainly reflect your staff and systems you have put into place.
