Food ok but I don’t like self service ordering kiosks. So many options it makes it difficult to find what you want.

Waited 5 minutes at the counter to be helped, and felt dumb standing there to put up an order. So I sat down right in front till someone came up. Right after, 2 men showed up and were helped pretty quickly. I got back up, and asked for my order, and finally received it, but annoyed at this point.

Will forget half your DoorDash order and the manager has no customer service skills whatsoever

Noone cares here and why should they I guess if management is none existing

I was waiting for 40 minutes, my sister got her food in 10-5 minutes I think they forgot my order, one of the staff was putting on lip gloss and I don't think she washed her hands and no one was at the counter

This taco bell has very bad customer service. There is no way to order long John silver at the kiosk and no one wants to help. The girl with two braids doing the window just looks at you and does nothing. A guy came out but not to help me but to say hi to his friends and said nothing to me and when he was finished he went back to the back.

The food was fresh. Give it a 3. The girl at the window. Has a attitude problem. I told her thank you have a good night. Her reaction... was like.. why are you speaking to me. Lady you work a drove through get over your self.

Website says it opens at 8 am, unfortunately it's not open ,doors are locked.Ill be having my lunch elsewhere.

This is a sorry excuse for chips and cheese, like 5 chips and a drop of cheese. The night crew was rude and don’t seem to care.

Waited 15 minutes to get my food all I got was the luxe craving box and there was three people ahead of me never again will I wait this long for food

About time they got a new screen so you can actually see the menu.

Honestly this place deserves zero stars... I'm tired of paying SO much for garbage tacos!

My Chicken Supreme Chalupa was ice cold and had almost no chicken it. I could barely bite through the shell, I don't think they even warmed the shell itself and it was almost all sour cream (See Picture)

It's the closest Taco bell to my house and we love to get it on lazy nights for the family but this one has never given us good food ever! It's so disappointing that the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down....

They should remove the Long John Silvers sign off the building. They have NO CLUE how to provide good service or good food for this side of the business. As others have said, they only do tacos here. NO chicken or seafood available that is edible. To top it off, shrinkflation is here to stay along with sky high prices. Just drive on by and go somewhere else to eat.

Way over cooked almost burned up ..so thin , terrible
