The staff seemed more interested in playing around in the back and getting their side work/cleaning done than in getting our order right. None of the 4 of us got the hush puppies that we ordered. When 1 of us went and complained they have us 2 hush puppies instead of 8. I like Long John Silvers, but will never go to this store again.

terrible unprofessional service the coleslaw was rotten you could smell it the food was overcooked it doesn't take 25 minutes to cook chicken fries or Zachary the manager looked right at me several times never came out to address my issue and they were not busy at all I will never eat there again too bad because I love Long John Silver's

Drove from Chandler just for Long Johns because it's one of the last around only to be told "We're not doing Long Johns right now." The gal just shrugged when I asked if they'd be opening it up anytime today. Super disappointing.

I went through drive-thru they told me to pull into the parking lot I sat there for 15 minutes had to go into the store to get my food after that and they still didn't have it made up and handed it to me without any tartar sauce for the fish I was quite annoyed and I will never go there again.

We ordered a meal and it took 20 mins to get our food. Our meal was not complete, so I asked for the rest of it and it took another 15 mins to receive 5 pieces of shrimp. One of the employees practically had her butt hanging out, it was disgusting. I honestly don’t even know why we stayed, we should have asked for a refund! Customer service was completely unacceptable, barely acknowledged the customers. The crazy thing, is that the restaurant was barely busy. It should not have taken as long as it did. This was not worth the wait or the money.

Taco Bell has raised their prices so much. The food is the same but it's no longer the place to go to a bunch of food for a good price.

I've been to dozens of different taco ? bell over the years. But this place, for some reason is slower than molasses in the winter. I think the drive through and door dash get priority over walk in customers in a way that has a lot of people waiting at once for their order. This has happened a few times in the past as well.... The wait is even longer if I order fish ?.The food is always good here and that may be the only reason I'd go back.
