Every time you go to this McDonald’s expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. I have yet to get a single order under 10 minutes.

I’m never going to this McDonald’s again. Not that McDonald’s has the best reputation, but I’ve never been to any that takes 20+ for food. This is the second time. If I didn’t come inside to get my food after I was told to park in Drive Thru 1, my food would have just been sitting there.
According to many reviews, long wait times occur frequently here. It’s a fast food restaurant, McDonald’s is not that good to be waiting that long and I only did because I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund and was hungry.

I made it through the drive though in 5 min. Great. Except 25 minutes later I still haven’t received my food and there are other cars here in the parking lot ahead of me. I now am leaving without eating lunch as I have to get back. This isn’t the first time I’ve left without food but it is the last time.

Just keep the cars in line rather than parking them. At least then I know the line is too long to wait. This is just bait and switch as the ljne was actually huge, I just couldn’t see it.

I went to this location after placing an online order, I’d didn’t show up until 20+ minutes after the order was placed, the drive through was packed and since I thought my order would be ready I went inside. They told me I had to go through the drive through, so I get in the drive through line and wait 10+ minutes until I get to the window only for them to tell me to pull up front and wait. It was over 40 minutes until I got my food. I also ordered a large mocha and they said the machine was down which is fine but they didn’t offer to refund my drink or anything, then they bring the order out and they didn’t bring my smoothie so I have to go back in and wait another 5 minutes for the manager to give me my smoothie just for her to hand it to me and turn her back immediately like I’m the problem. I never have bad experiences in fast food but this place is a joke I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you want to hear “I don’t know I just work here”. Which I was told after asking about the mocha. I placed my order at 12:51 and didn’t receive my food until 1:35.

If I use the drive thru they make me park in a drive thru spot and wait for an additional 10 minutes every single time. This location is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

Went through the drive through only to go wait inside for 10 minutes because the drive through spots were full of cars with nobody in them. Fry’s were cold, food was wrong and the hot chocolate tasted lime the tap water used was specifically imported from flint Michigan. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE?

Ps. The most disgusting bathroom i’ve ever had to use in a public setting. OSHA needs to shut this place down.

I tried to give it 1 more shot but yet again my order was messed up again . Last week they completely forgot part of my order . This week they messed up my order not giving me what I ordered . Will not be back

I don’t really write negative reviews. This place deserves some kind of disclosure though. First, don’t expect a fast experience. It took 40 minutes to get a mcvalue meal, chicken nuggets, and a mini mcflurry. And that was after we had to go to the counter and remind them of our order. Also, when we did get our order the dipping sauces were not in the bag. And the chicken sandwich that was in the bag was very dry. Not to mention that instead of bringing it to the table they just called out our order number with the incorrect name - even though the right name is on the bag. Also, they were out of ice in the drink machine, the ketchup dispenser was out, and the lobby was supposed to be open but 90% of the chairs were stacked. The only positive was that the mcnuggets were decent.

Used the app for curbside pickup. My order is brought out and I'm told the straw is in the bag before she quickly leaves. There was no straw, no BBQ sauce (shows on the receipt), and no napkins.

My #8, bacon egg and cheese bagel is black. It is hard as a rock. You know the line cook saw this crap and still decided to use it.
There were to worried about their precious drive thru times to get orders right.

Not to be that guy but when they have the girl morning manager and the all girl staff they are rude and slow and mess most of the order up. 2 hot chocolates but we got large heated cups of milk, idk maybe it’s white chocolate, adding a photo cause it sounds so stupid that it sounds fake

When the bigger dude is there in morning there’s never any issues
