This place deserves less than one star; I can’t count the number of times I’ve been stuck in the drive-through seemingly forever. My visit today took 20 to 25 minutes, no lie. I didn’t realize I should time it from the time I got there. I was stuck in the drive-through with someone behind me so I couldn’t back out. They wound up leaving, but I had already placed an online order by that time trying to speed thing up. I did ask to speak to a manager after I sat there, finally, at the pick up window looking at the two drinks I had ordered with nothing else by the way, while the cashier made someone else’s drinks at the far end of the counter. When she finally made it over to me, I asked for the manager and she said the manager was too busy right now as they were understaffed. Clearly they were today, but it seems like they are every day. They should shut down the drive-through if that’s the best they can do. They parked no one. I would park and go inside on any 108 degree day such as this one, before I would sit in a drive-through line for 25 minutes.

Took 30 min in the drive through for them to get through 5 cars. I just ordered a coke and thought it would be fast and easy. You should really have cars pull around if their food isn’t ready it’s a waste of time.

When to this McDonald’s today and had extremely awful service. Very unprofessional and it ended with me calling the police and since on private property they decided to give me no trespassing for a week like I’m a criminal in the wrong 🙄. Cops were nice and agreed I did the right thing. Won’t ever return to this McDonald’s. Food was good, service was beyond terrible!

Ridiculous!! I ask if they included my sauce and they tell me "yes I just put it in" I go home and there is none in my bag. It happens every single time! They always tell me it's in the bag and it's not. Ruins the entire meal... I have 6 order of nuggets and no sauce and it's every damn time.
It's McDonald's, what can I say. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only positive experience was a young worker named Cinder, which is why I gave service a 5. She was literally the only worker I actually saw working other than 1 male Cook. The rest were just standing around talking while I saw Cinder taking orders over the headset, taking money, passing out food both at the window and outside, and cleaning the lobby. The food was pretty awful. The nuggets and fries were old, cold, and stale. The big Mac sauce tasted sour like it had spoiled. Bad food, bad atmosphere except for Cinder, who seemed positive and a good worker.

McDonald's food is pretty standard. Reason for the 2star is because we did a mobile order. Took 30 minutes for the food to arrive. I had to go inside to find out where the food was that the app said was already delivered/received. Other people inside were getting upset having to wait 12 minutes for food.... we ended up waiting 30 minutes! The people I spoke to were very nice inside even though they couldn't help with out order. Not good for a business. When the food finally did arrive we didn't get any ketchup despite requesting it (ketchup packets must be killing their profits).
Kid-friendliness: Happy meal is a classic.
