The only positive experience was a young worker named Cinder, which is why I gave service a 5. She was literally the only worker I actually saw working other than 1 male Cook. The rest were just standing around talking while I saw Cinder taking orders over the headset, taking money, passing out food both at the window and outside, and cleaning the lobby. The food was pretty awful. The nuggets and fries were old, cold, and stale. The big Mac sauce tasted sour like it had spoiled....

This is one of the slowest McDonald's and the food usually looks like it was slapped together and jammed in a bag.

Socorro is her name often in the mornings, I see this beautiful soul in the parking lot Cleaning doing a trash sweeping and I just wanted to recognize her because I think she’s amazing and every time I see her face it makes me smile and I just want this restaurant to know that you have a good person and she needs to raise because she’s the reason I come to McDonald’s
