Burger was very salty

I made the mistake of going into this drive-thru at this branch and I regretted it. I stood there for about an hour, which completely ruined my day since I had appointments.
You're supposed to go to a drive-thru to get fast food, not wait an hour to be served.
When I finally got my food, my burger was cold, the fries were overly salty, and the soda was warm, as was the chicken nugget. It was a terrible experience. I'm not asking for a refund, but if they're going to work at this location, they should do their job properly and avoid wasting money and time.

We go thur the drive thur and everything tell us to move forward even if it's a big order or small order. It's 1st come 1st serve. If you do me I ve forward it takes 15 minutes to our order and the food is cold

Went through drive through. Ordered two cheese burgers with no pickles. When I paid I asked if the order said no pickles. Attended replied yes no pickles. Pulled up to next window to receive order. Asked if I ordered two cheese burgers with no pickles. I said yes. Took my food went home with pickles in the burgers. The recipe said no pickles. It's a shame the cooks can't read.

Usually they do a decent job but the past few times have been horrible. They always forget the sauce so double check your bag before you leave. The picture is of a Big Mac that was obviously just slapped together as the cheese is half off and they got more lettuce in the box than they did on the burger. We called and the only offer they made to fix it was to bring the food back and they would remake the Big Macs but the meal was already spoiled.

A little slow and usually out of items
This place actually just sucks to be honest. They forget at-least one item every-time I go also the workers are super antisocial and are rude sometimes. Either a burger or our sauces. I get this work is hard-work and I have a lot of respect for people that have to do these jobs especially on busy hours but maybe work on quality assurance and have more pride in your job, double check each bag carefully, might save someone 10 minutes of their time having to go back inside and wait for a new item to be made which not only wastes my time but yours too, do the job right the first time. Management needs to make a game plan and also needs to enforce measures to make employees want to be more aware. Give more chances for employees to receive bonus/ raise if they don’t mess up orders and that will weed out the bad ones and will keep people motivated. Punishment of write-ups wont do anything positive and will just bring a hostile environment/atmosphere. Bring motivation and your workers will work harder.

I always go super early in the morning, basically at open. I order online and they always get me right. Granted I don't get much for food but a few hashbrowns and an apple pie, its always a warm and a nice breakfast.

Brought my grandkids to play since they asked to. Only received half the order at first then when we got the rest it was wrong. They acted like it was an inconvenience to do their job right. I will come back when I need another disappointing day.

Wait time is crazy. Lots of people back making the food, but took forever to get it. Once we finally did get it, it was wrong. 3 out of the 5 orders incorrect. Waited again and still received 1 hambuger incorrect.

Waited in line to pay cash for my order. I had to ask if someone was working the front counter after waiting 15 minutes. My order was for table service. The female didn’t bring it to the table. Instead said table order and left it at the counter. All the McDonald’s have went down in customer service and are not friendly anymore. I am surprised they are still in business. This place is unfriendly and lady seemed annoyed to be working here. She saw customers at the register, but decided not to serve until someone asked. Get it together McDonald’s.

I understand that its busy and i can wait. But i expect the order to be correct at least once it finally arrives. Halloween is a doozy and i dont blame anyone that works there for trying their best. But please please please make sure, MAKE SURE, you cook ghe chicken all the way through, it should be crispy crispy. I ordered 5 strips and they were super squishy, inedible, so pink and raw i almost puked. This is literal poison. I have the evidence and chicken still preserved in the fridge and im uploading an image of the pink within, feels super rubbery and elastic. It looks dangerous to consume.

Dear McDonald’s,
I ordered a double hamburger (my favorite!) through the mobile app. The first picture is a regular double hamburger no modifications. I decided that on my next visit I would order extra onion because, frankly, there’s really just a few flecks on the one that wasn’t modified. The second picture shows what extra onions meant to the cook, which isn’t anything close to what I wanted. I was expecting maybe double. There were onions on the top, onions between the pattys and more onions on the bottom. Really this seemed like a big middle finger covered in onions aimed at me. I walked into the restaurant and asked them to correct it and add a few extra onions…AND THEY DID IT AGAIN! Straight up onion burger. In an attempt to remove them myself I wound up with onion bits all over me, my car, your parking lot…Needless to say I didn’t enjoy onionfest 2025 in the least.
That being said, my question is as follows;
How should I order my burger through the app so that the onion situation lands somewhere in between onion flakes and onion palooza?
Please let me know,Mr McDonald, as I’ve also had this same problem with other items like iced coffee…it’s either diabetic coma sweet or nothing at all…isn’t there a middle ground. I have noticed that you’ve added a “lite” option to the app which is awesome, but that won’t solve my problem with the burger.
