30 minutes on a to go order. we door dashed after ordering it was ready and on the way to our house in 10 minutes our order over 30 minutes thank god there is 2 new mcdonalds opening near us these guys don't care at all if your happy or not manager told me its dinner rush and looked a fool when I told him we have some at home we ordered after the store order. we will not come back to this location hope the franchise owner reads this

Ordered breakfast at 10a stood there for one hour. Told at 11a they don’t have the eggs for breakfast and that my wait would be another 30 mins. I left assuming I could get my money back thru the app as quickly as they take it. NOPE. No option for a refund on the mobile app even though this location is notorious for poor performance (you would think they would be good at refunds). Now I’ve got to go to my bank to get my money back. Jack N the Box is right across the street and they never suck as bad as this McDonald’s

was picking up a drive thru order, no one answered me at the speaker so I had to drive to the window and asked for the pick up order. it was terribly busy so they understandbly asked me to park at a drive thru spot. I've worked in fast food so I get it but then the food came out cold and no sauce (that was included in the order for chicken strips).

They need to just close down for two weeks— deep clean everything and train new employees and managers. This place is beyond terrible and it will only continue to get worse.

Orderef a fish sandwich that came with nothing on it, except a fish pattie? Was told that if I wanted mayo or lettuce, I had to order it that way. Got my cup for the soda I ordered. When I went to fill it there was no ice? Guess what? When you order soda, you have to ask for ice???

Order came out correctly however, there was a young employee gentleman that was walking around with a drink and ice cream picking stuff off his shoe in the main lobby right in front of customers and it took over 20 minutes to receive 2 ice creams and a large fry and another employee was just talking to people instead of doing anything
