Orderef a fish sandwich that came with nothing on it, except a fish pattie? Was told that if I wanted mayo or lettuce, I had to order it that way. Got my cup for the soda I ordered. When I went to fill it there was no ice? Guess what? When you order soda, you have to ask for ice???

Order came out correctly however, there was a young employee gentleman that was walking around with a drink and ice cream picking stuff off his shoe in the main lobby right in front of customers and it took over 20 minutes to receive 2 ice creams and a large fry and another employee was just talking to people instead of doing anything

Omg!!! This place is so awesome especially this one employee named kiki. She is so nice and always provides good service. She comes in early clocks out when all of her tasks she completed. She is phenomenal

Update: I ordered my lunch at 10:30 and they made me pull forward and said and I quote we want to make sure your food is fresh please pull forward. They made me wait 15 minutes and my food was still cold. How can I basically be your first lunch order of the day and you still serve me cold food. You guys suck! Go Duck your self's
UPDATE: They told us to pull up and wait and they gave our food to somebody else. Waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and a fry. OMG THEY GAVE MY FOOD TO THE WRONG PERSON AGAIN!!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE IN ARIZONA! YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND FIRE ALL EMPLOYEES.
Cold fries cold food slow service also gave me a ripped bag that spilled all over my car! This place is the worse. Updated: 11/20/21 I wish they would send a secret shopper to this location so they can see how bad they are here.

Some McDonald's you can walk in and tell they have management issues. Others you can walk in and instantly tell management is doing a good job. This is one that is doing a good job. Friendly and attentive service, food up to Brand standards, condiments inside the sandwiches instead of on top of or outside.

Drive-thru in a cramped parking lot and line gets long. Friendly workers. We love the ice cream cones, and we've not had a 'machine is down' in the 9 yrs here. 😁🍦
Parking: Shares parking lot with many other businesses, and so parking is tight during peak hours .
Kid-friendliness: No play area available
Wheelchair accessibility: Need automatic doors. I can't get the door open when I'm in my wheelchair.

Ridiculous i had to pull and wait for 1 $5 meal deal and thats all I got for food. I have been waiting 10 min so far with no one else waiting infront of me. I hate coming here, they never can get anything out at the window. Now they just asked for my receipt...sigh..i could get food faster at a sit down restraunt.

Ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes, asked for extra syrup and was charged. Only received one syrup in the bag, no butter to go with the pancakes. I get it the store gets busy but if you’re going to charge extra for condiments at least put them in the bag. Will start driving the extra miles to go to the ironwood locations.
