Very rarely do I get old food which is a huge deal!! Just moved here from clarksville Tennessee and if you've ever had fast food there you'd understand and appreciate fresh!! Wish they'd bring back all day breakfast tho. *hint *hint

No exaggeration.... I stood over at the register waiting to place an order patiently for 5 minutes.... no one came over to take my order... I finally ask if anyone is going to take my order... the older manager lady hiding on the side by the carryout window goes "oh my god really?" And the rest of the people around the frys and food line just all stared at me like a deer in headlight look.... ended up just leaving... no one would take my order... it's crazy... to whomever owns this franchise you should talk with the people who operate it because it's done poorly... they have this mind set that hopefully if they ignore you long enough the customer will turn around and use the order kiosk behind them... I go to this mcdonalds often and this is not the first time... it in fact happens every time I go here... but this time no one would take my order. Customer service is just terrible.. the manager was very unprofessional. Rather than apologize for taking so long to take my order she was very immature. I will not be returning.

My husband got off work late and was hungry. Showed up 10 min before closing (I know it’s close to closing but he couldn’t control his time getting off. The employee decided to start talking than went radio silent and didn’t help him after that. As he left he saw the staff just standing around. If this is the case than closing hours should be before midnight.
