RUDEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! They close at 9:00. So at 8:30 we went in for pick up of a to go order. As soon as we walked in you could tell the girls were angry we were there to buy food. The girl at the counter goes “fine but you can’t eat it in here”. We said ok and so she took our two pasta orders. As soon as she processed it the girl in the back starts yelling and throwing stuff around as she started our order. The entire time we stood at the counter she made sure to be giving us looks of death. This went on the entire 10-15 minutes it took her to cook the food. They were so angry with us for coming in their place of work it was tense and awful! We stood quietly as they seemed to discipline us for being customers. This was our first time here and needless to say we will never be back. We ended up throwing the food away since I truly feel she would have spit in it or something behind the wall. Literally the worst customer service I have seen in a facility my entire life. We will make sure everybody we know knows that you shouldn’t bother the girls that work there to cook for you. Goodness gracious. Worst service and looking thrown together food we have gotten in quite sometime! Hope the trash was happy.

Ordered for pick up, got the pies home only to discover that the Margarita pizza had literally NO basil and the sausage pizza had very little sausage and was all on one side. If you're going to have kids running your restaurant it might be a good idea to ensure they care and do things correctly. $56 including tip for two pies and they were sloppy at best. In all fairness I was offered a $10 coupon but denied it. Please just get orders correct.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Placed an order online via website at 6:12pm and used coupon code for free delivery. Order accepted coupon code, but confirmation noted pick-up. Called store and employee was able to override from pick-up to delivery and could not provide an ETA for delivery. Called at 6:40pm for an update. Employee advised they don't have contact with the driver and can't provide a specific ETA. Called again at 7:04pm and employee said order was picked up 20 minutes ago for delivery. Called again at 7:31pm and employee said order was never picked up for delivery despite my past calls with the store to confirm delivery, etc. Inquired if they can remake the order for pick-up since delivery was clearly not an option and if they would refund the order due to store's error. Employee NEVER APOLOGIZED for the error, but did confirm a refund and re-make of order to be ready in 20 minutes, at 7:51pm. Arrived at store to pick-up order at 7:48pm at which time the employee advised the order would be ready in 10 minutes and I asked for a copy of the refund receipt. Employee (male) offered a drink while I waited for the order to which I declined. Assistant Manager provided no greeting to me whatsoever and after looking into a receipt at register, advised she could not provide a refund receipt as the order was voided. Requested paper note, screen shot or something to confirm I would be refunded. Assistant Manager wrote her name, the date and time on a blank receipt and handed it to me to which I asked her to add the total amount that would be refunded which she did not have - so I provided to her. Another employee (female) set food items on the counter and at no time did any employee verbalize that those items were my order. Female employee turned her back to me to which I said "excuse me, are these the items for my order?" She said yes and I asked if anyone was going to tell me that. Left store with order in hand at 8:04pm. AT NO POINT DURING THIS INTERACTION DID ANY EMPLOYEE APOLOGIZE TO ME, provide any verbal communication around updates to my order or offer to make this right to ensure my future patronage. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism of the staff at this location and would NEVER recommended anyone choose to order take-out or dine-in here. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely shocking and disgraceful.

Excellent service and awesome food! We ordered the Digirolomo pizza, pepperoni pizza, and a side of meatballs. Both pizzas were incredibly flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked! The meatballs had excellent flavor too, and the sauce they were served in was well seasoned and honestly some of the best marinara I’ve had in a really long time. I highly recommend Mici for your next midweek lunch or Friday night dinner with family. Our family will definitely be back!

I ordered food to go. Got home and there was no chicken in my pasta which I was charged an additional $4.50 for. I called the restaurant and explained this all and was told first that the chicken comes pre-measured to 3 oz. I explained again that there was 0 oz of chicken in my pasta and was asked what I wanted them to do. I told them to credit me back my money for the chicken since I wasn’t able to come back and was told it will take 7-10 days for a refund. Not impressed and will not be going back

We appreciated the simplicity of the menu and the variety of options and the prices are reasonable. For our meal, we shared the creamy pesto pasta bowl and a small create-your-own pizza. Both were delicious! The restaurant was clean, and it was easy to have a conversation without bothering other people. We'll definitely go back (and save room for gelato!). Great place for a nice meal!

Pizza has been really good until the last two visits. I ordered pepperoni pizza. It was ordered well done. It looks well done but is limp. I think the pizza oven is too hot. But that's just me. I'll give it one more try in the future. But I don't enjoy limp pizza.
