The food usually is really good. Service depends on the night. It was a Friday nights. A service could have been better but it wasn't bad

The wait was worth it since I ordered the Pizza Blanco and the cream cheese made that so insanely good and I would recommend getting it every time. I could’ve eaten this in four mills, but because we had dessert first somewhere else I only needed one slice. Lots of leftovers Yum.
The service was a bit rough and the cold air sitting near the front door was too cold. Bring a warm jacket during the winter just in case. The Mesquite taco seemed really dry and Wouldn’t recommend it if you like smothering saucy tacos.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Nando's has 3 other locations in the East side, but this is their newest one. Come eat here and you won't be disappointed!
First time I've had lunch here and it was awesome
I clearly left this review after it shortly opened and normally no issues with food or service but tonight 11/16 was the worst I've had and my last time here was in July of 2025. Just shared chicken happy hour nachos which had all the good stuff on the bottom. Chips on top had very little toppings. The queso was runny and the jalapenos cut like the size of Texas! Slow down and cut them to a normal size. No reason to have large cut burn you mouth jalapenos. It should complaint the nachos not over take them. The server never took our menus which we did need after we ordered. After he refilled my water. I understand it's Sunday night. Slow and easy work, but come on man.... I guess it's hard to do your job on a slow night. The funny thing is, I had him serve a couple of times and never was he like this. Let's keep consent folks! From the moment you open until the moment you close for the day. I don't know if I'll return to this location. Chandler location is the best and the never disappoint

Food was great! Really liked the atmosphere. Was expensive though - $74 for 2 entrees, 1 kid's meal and a beer and margarita. Plates are shareable, so that's a way around it.

Great staff, good food, great Halloween decorations... the Margaritas have gone slightly down hill from being toooo strong!
But still worth it 👌

After visiting Nando’s, I felt obligated to warn anyone who values their taste buds and money. I came in hungry, which usually makes food taste at least a little better — but not this time. Hunger couldn’t even save this meal.
Let me start with the one bright spot: our waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely trying to make the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, she was the only thing holding this place together. The rest of it felt like someone opened a Mexican restaurant without ever actually eating Mexican food.
The chips and salsa came out first, which should’ve been a good sign — that’s usually where the magic starts. Instead, I got what might be the worst chips and salsa I’ve ever had. The chips were hard, like they’d been left out overnight and reheated under a heat lamp. The two salsas that came with them were even worse. The “mild” one was completely flavorless, and the “spicy” one tasted like someone dumped a can of pizza sauce into a bowl and stirred in a spoonful of Pace salsa to “Mexican it up.” I wish I were exaggerating, but I couldn’t even finish a single chip without grimacing.
Then came my drink — a Mr. Pibb that tasted like a mix of diet soda and watered-down syrup. It was flat, off-tasting, and somehow managed to make me question if it even was Mr. Pibb or some knockoff version they mixed in the back.
For the main course, we ordered bean and cheese enchiladas — one with red sauce, one with green. Both looked identical, both tasted equally lifeless. If I had just woken up from a coma and someone told me this was hospital food, I would’ve believed them. There was no seasoning, no flavor, and certainly no care. The red sauce was bland and oily, and the green sauce was more like lukewarm mush with a faint hint of something pretending to be chili.
To top it all off, the music didn’t even match the setting. Instead of the upbeat, lively sounds you expect in a Mexican restaurant — maybe some mariachi, cumbia, or even modern Latin hits — it sounded like random pop radio, totally killing any atmosphere that could’ve made up for the food.
In short, Nando’s was a total miss from start to finish. One star, and that’s only for the waitress.

My dine in experiences have always been first rate. Our regular go to place. To go is okay but dine in is the way to go. Sauce delivery is top notch

Wow, food was amazing! The place is very friendly and well put together. They give you two different salsas so you can mix them to your own heat preference. I had the green chile cheese burger and it was incredible! My wife had the chicken fajitas and could barely eat even one.
We had a flight of margaritas and my only complaint is that we asked for sugar on the rim and whatever we got was like a half-and-half mix of salt and sugar.
