Josh at One Stop Nutrition is basically a protein-powered superhero. Need a shake? He blends it faster than you can say “extra peanut butter.”
Confused about supplements? He explains them so well you’d think he invented whey protein himself. The man radiates so much positive energy, I’m convinced he’s secretly drinking pre-workout instead of water.
But be warned—his smoothie-making skills are so good, you might start visiting daily and questioning if you actually needed that third shake this week. 10/10, would trust Josh with my gains and my life.
