Ive been coming here for years to get pre work out, shakes l, etc. and everyone is always so helpful. I had two guys recommend a pre work out specifically for women and im happy to say i really enjoyed their recommendations as well as the benefits it provides. I hate when people change their hours of operation and don't updated across-the-board just cause you updated on the door unless someone's there are not gonna know the new hours

Is anyone checking their receipts from this place? I saw a "tech fee" of 4% on my receipt after a purchase of a bottle of supplements. I've tried calling the location multiple times over the last few weeks, but either nobody answers, or someone picks up and hangs up immediately. Also, out of the times I've gotten a protein shake here, it's been mediocre at best compared to other locations. I can recall only one time where I've had a good shake and service from an employee there. There is no consistency in the way it is made at this location.

I have been to several OSN, and each time I visit this one (because it is right by my home), i end up dissatisfied. I will not be returning. When you walk in, you are greeted with a stench of sour milk. It is humid in the building, so it makes it worse, and the customer service is non-existent. No one welcomes you. No one let's you know they will be right with you when they are doing something. After attempting to give this place one last chance, I walked out.

It takes an insane amount of time to get anyone to even acknowledge us let alone make us a shake. Today we were the only ones in the store and again we weren't greeted and it seemed like we were actually more "in the way" of the employees. This location is close to my house and I don't want to come here anymore which sucks, because I really love the shakes. I wouldn't recommend this location. It's off-putting and unwelcoming.

I love one stop i enjoy getting shakes here and at other locations. However I am disappointed with my service and shake today. I stopped by today and they were out of almond milk so instead I got oat milk. no problem for me that's ok. I got oat milk, acai caffeine and blueberries meal replacement. She didn't add blueberries and it taste and looks more like a strawberry shake. Both girls working today were not very friendly in my opinion.
