Everything we’ve ordered from here has been fresh and tasty! My favorite is the Moroccan Turkey Sandwich but I can’t complain about anything I’ve ordered because it’s all so good. The people there are wonderful and they take care in preparing everything.

Didn’t get greeted for 10 mins as I sat there waiting for my order to come out.. ended up being ready and waiting the whole time.
Ordered a 16 Oz, received a 12 OZ juice (not that big of a deal if it wasn’t $9..)

Chopshop is my favorite place to eat in Queen Creek.... or Arizona for that matter. Its so healthy with clever combinations that have me leaving fulfilled. Its hard to try something new because once you find something you love.... you love it too much. My new recent favorite I tried this summer was the Dragonfruit bowl. Its the most beautiful thing I have ever eaten. I also love the Thai chicken bowl.... yum!

My most recent experience with ChopShop was improved. I was asked to come back so that they may reconcile my past experiences. Customer service was good. They did a way better job even with orders on the board. Nothing wowing, but neither disappointing. I have always found that ChopShop serves good food when an order is completed correctly. I plan on coming back again and hopefully I will feel the need to up my review to 5 stars. Until then I will leave my past experiences for others to read.

These people are terrible at listening. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have written reviews for this place before. They continuously get my orders wrong. Please avoid this location at all costs.

Edit: Even with a reply I don’t expect much to happen. The people that work again have a lack of commitment and common sense.
Here’s a layout of what has happened every time I have come here.

I came to this location fully knowing what I would order. When I arrived and walked up to the cash register I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes. I watched as all the kitchen and front employees conversed about their high school crushes. Multiple of them looked over at me when I approached and went on about their conversation. Again I always check my order, and they messed it up again. Waited for 35-40 minutes in an empty restaurant. No other customers.

I have come to this location multiple times ordering something different with little to no variations of the their menu items and it is more often than not made wrong. I have worked in this location before as well so I had to make the menu items and know what it looks like when it’s made right.

My most recent experience with them, my significant other went this location and ordered a protein bowl for me. The only protein bowl on our order. She asked for 3 extra sauces. They made the bowl with the right sauce and gave the 3 extras as a completely different sauce. We had to drive all the way back to get the right sauce. When she told them they made a mistake they told her she must have ordered it wrong. No remorse. No sorry. Just a spiteful remark. Unfortunately I don’t have the employees name. This is terrible customer service. This location has never provided a pleasant experience.

One of our favorite places for nutritious food. We ordered take out for dinner all our salads, juices and açaí bowls were delicious. Service was fast and efficient. Taste was excellent. Definitely recommend this spot for feel good food that nourishes body & soul.

There was no cleaning going on in the entire restaurant. Every single table was dirty, a roach was outside the door, and they all just seem to be hanging out inside. Very disappointing
