We went to Panda drive thru on Ocotillo shortly after 9 pm on a Saturday 12/13/25. They are supposed to be open until 11 PM according to Google and signs on the front of the building. Nobody was taking orders at the drive-through so I pulled up to the window and I could see people inside working but they were totally ignoring me in the drive-through. Not sure if they were closing early or ran out of food, but they just pretended that they didn’t see me and ignored our vehicle. We just decided to leave. I could see a long line of cars in the drive-through as I left, and I could see that they were also not being helped.

The male manager today 8.9.25 5:00pm is outstanding. I came in heated with a mistake in order and i appreciate how calm and great he was. Great customer service with an upset customer.

Its 9pm and they have the lobby closed. There is no signage anywhere saying the lobby closes earlier than the store. Some of us can't get through your drive thru.

Bejing Beef included no peppers or onions. Just the beef and it was undercooked and under spiced. I think they used the orange chicken sauce for it. The noodles were dry and hard and not sauced and the fried rice had no egg and very few veggies. Usually happy with their food but today they must have a new cook who hasn't a clue what their food is supposed to look like or taste like.

May 9, 5:40pm. Hot, delicious food, but that’s not all! The employees at this location go above and beyond all my expectations! I was missing an item, didn’t even realize it, and the sweetheart at the counter called me fairly promptly to let me know. Came back to retrieve my missing item and was given extra as a “sorry about that!” I really appreciate the work ethic of these employees. Keep up the great work guys!

This is a great fast food option to burgers and burritos. The orange chicken is good and the teriyaki chicken is even healthier and tastey.
The portions are fantastic also. Great value.
