We ordered Panera delivery for the first time ever and will never again. They use a third party provider (Door Dash). The order kept getting delayed after the driver picked it up, it’s been over an hour and no delivery. Called the store and canceled the order and got a refund.

However, when I called Panera they said there is nothing they can do. So basically their delivery driver kept our food and we never got anything.

If you are using a 3rd party you should stand by and do something for your loyal customers.

Have not had any real issues yet, I usually stop here when I am in the area to grab my free sip club coffee and occasionally sit inside and eat breakfast with my wife.
The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always very friendly, Highly recommend this location.
I was overcharged one time and while I did question it, I never said anything, but a week later I had a refund in my bank for the amount I expected I was charged too much for. (Wife's sandwich was somehow $3 more than mine and I got extra add-ons and she did not)

For those complaining about cold soups and food, you can ask them to heat it or use the available microwave to heat your food (common sense says don't put soup in there) - I always heat up my cinnamon rolls to my liking.

I got a cherry danish. It smelled like spoiled milk, and tasted terrible. I had one bite and had to throw the rest away!

I was there last night for "pick two". My sandwich was good. The soup was barely warm. I let the kitchen know. They gave me another cup-same temp. I told them is still wasn't hot. They took it back and were talking, so I sat back down. Fine min later, a young girl bright me a bowl of hot soup. I smiled and said, "Thank you. Did you figure out the problem?" She responded, "Ya. If it's still not hot enough for you, there is a microwave right there." (Pointing to the drink area)
Me: eyebrows raised in disbelief. I looked at my friend and and she just said, "Wow!"
1. Did they check the heat source for the soup pot?
2. Why is there a microwave in the lobby?
3. Wow, just wow!
4. Why did the manager clear 4 table with one wet wipe? Did we learn nothing from COVID?!?!
Nope. Not going back.

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup because I am very sick. The bowl cost over $10.00 so with tip it was almost $13.00. The soup was slightly warm, not hot and very small. When I called the store I spoke to a manager that was really caring. He explained that a bowl is only 3 labels of soup. It didn't even fill my large coffee cup. He was apogetic and said others have complained about the size vs price due to inflation. It is not the store's fault.. it is the corporation. Come on Panera you can do better. That was ridiculous!!

First time going to this location today, ordered through the drive-thru had a 15 minute wait to get my food. Broccoli cheddar Soup wasn't blended well had chunks of cheese (not that big of a deal just warmed it up until everything melted) it was the half Frontega chicken sandwich i got that was the problem, the chicken was tough, not able to bite into it.

Every time I come to this location, they always always get my order wrong and then when I bring it back to them to fix it, they’ll leave something else off that was supposed to be on it. It doesn’t matter what I order they always get my order wrong.

Do not buy their bagels. They are nothing short of stale, overly cooked store bought pre-packaged bagels. I put a big order in, expecting freshly made bagels and what I got was anything but that. When I called the store, I asked if they No longer make freshly made bagels. They paused for a moment and then said "they come in frozen and we bake them up. Someone had to stay late to bake your order up late last night because our daily bagels don't get out of the oven until 7:30ish!"
I'm disappointed because Panera used to make some of the best freshly made bagels, and it appears they no longer do this. Definitely not buying bagels here anymore. (The pictures are off the sesame, blueberry and cinnamon raisin bagels in my order. All were dry and overly baked. I asked the guy if the bagels are typically over baked and he said they all get baked the same amount, 7 minutes. 😣🤪)

Ordered my food at the register. About 15 minutes later my name was called. I approached the counter and an employee was sealing up my bag and handed to me. My order was to eat in, why am I getting a bag? Anyways I took 2 steps, opened up the bag and only half my order was in there! A condiment, that I paid extra for was also missing along with utensils. A male in a black shirt (manager)?was up at the counter when all this was going on , no apologies from anyone.

How hard is this job?? I can teach a monkey to put the proper food in a bag.

While waiting on my food I went to the restroom to wash my hands, no paper towels.

I proceeded over to the drink area to fill my soda up, no napkins.

Prior to all this, at the register I got tip shamed! Leave a tip for what? Taking my money and screwing up the most basic order?

I was in this same Panera 3 months ago, ordered a toasted bagel and the inside was burnt, wrapped up and put in a bag.

My work colleagues, family and I will not be going back into this Panera.

The manager of this place needs fired.

I was a worker here and the General manger Curtis is short tempered, often creating tension in the workplace with his abrupt and impatient demeanor. Many of his employees were teenagers, and he relied heavily on their willingness to take on extra tasks without much guidance. While he wasn’t outright cruel, his lack of patience and understanding made it difficult for employees to feel comfortable or confident in their roles. The work environment often felt stressful, leaving the younger staff unsure of how to address concerns or ask for help. Along with the other mangers except for Zack, Justin and Laif they all only cared for themselves, especially Trinity Bailey and Haley Dale. I do not recommend coming to eat here or work here as they do not treat there workers with any respect at all and over work them.

I want to love this Panera, but this branch is always dirty. There is never a clean table and/or floor. Soup has been cold the last 3 times. Sandwiches have been great.
