The food at Panera Bread is always delicious! The service at the Queen Creek location was fantastic! The restaurant itself is a bit stark and lacks the usual coziness. But don't let that stop you from enjoying the great food.

i don't really go to panera often and pretty much walked in completely blind. The cashier allen was incredibly friendly and walked me through their entire menu despite a long line forming. In the end they suggested me the Chipotle Chicken Avocado. It def became a new favorite! Because of her recommendation, I would come back again soon to take another bite

Panera screws up every single order! I don't think I've ever received a correct order from this place. Now they've changed their menu and it's awful. The sandwiches are unbelievably cheaply made. Not worth the price especially with the constant screw ups!

I love ordering my food online ahead of time, getting the alert that my order is ready. Then waiting 15 minutes because I have to wait in the same line as people who order at the drive thru instead of online. Then i get my food and its soggy cause it sat there for so long and i still had to drive home. Y'all really thought that system through.Staff at the restaurant did fine, this is just a flawed setup at this location. Just disable fast lane pickup if you can order at the speaker. Easy fix...

First time at this location. I ordered a bacon avocado melt. It was HORRIBLE. I could have made a better sandwich. The fact THIS was over $9 is honestly mind blowing. I have attached photos because I don’t even have words to describe how much of a scam this is.
