Piss pour customer service. Stood at register and was ignored while a worker swept the floor. The other gal was on her phone. I'm in Healthcare. Wouldn't treat our customers like this. Never again. Would starve first

Believe the reviews. I wouldn't have minded the delivery taking so long if the food wasn't absolutely stone cold, with congealed cheese. Do they not provide heat bags like they used to for pizza delivery?? How was this food so cold? It looked like it was a day old by the time I got it.

Ordered a pizza I figured I would be waiting since it’s busy. Originally scheduled for delivery at 7:40pm then I check the tracker and see it been rerouted to door dash and now my estimated time for getting my food is 8:59?! If you can’t handle delivery turn it off! I didn’t order on doordash for a reason!

I would be inclined to rate 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza for pick up at 6:00. Was told that it wou be ready in 15-20.
Arrived 20 minutes later. Pizza was not ready. Told me that it would be another 20.
Returned after 20. Still not ready, but was told that it said ready on the computer so it would be another 2 minutes.
After 5, inquired again. Still not ready.
Overhead the employee making pizza state that he never made the pizza in question, but would start now.
45 minutes after I initially ordered it.
I left.
Without a pizza. Ridiculous.

Aweful, under cooked crust and nasty tasting toppings. Worst pizza I have had in a long time. Just stay away and save your money.

Pizza was not good. There were barely any toppings on the pizza. Extra cheese was ordered and paid for however it was as of we ordered light cheese. Not the first time I've been disappointed with this location, i guess we keep hoping it will be different and it never is. Probably will never order again from this location

I'm a doordasher with handicap plates, and they have no handicapped parking. Would not let me park in a way that was safe for me to get In-N-Out of my vehicle? They were nitpicky about everything incredibly rude did not know Ada. Law, and we're pretty much threatening to refuse me service because of the way that my body moves And on top of that, I used to work for their company and this location is breaking every policy they have because I used to deliver four papa john's and I know they would not be pleased with this branch behaving in this way

They also would not let me use the bathroom or throw out my Gatorade bottle. In the trash can

Vegetarian options: Being that it's pizza, they do have vegetarian options.Yes, but I would avoid this location with the plague

Dietary restrictions: Again, it's a location issue. I do not think this is a safe location and the staff needs to be severely retrained, which is absolutely my intention with this, and I'll be reporting it to the corporate ladder.

Parking: It's they don't have any handicapped parking in their lot, and they don't allow you to park. They threatened to refuse service to a doordasher who has handicapped Van plates to park on an angle when there was no one to the left by 3 spaces and no 1 to the right by 3 spaces, and I had someone with me. So that I didn't leave the car unattended at all.So with no one being impeded for them to threaten, to refuse service and to tell me and my aid that I could not come back to the store again, unless I parked in an unsafe way for me to get in and out of my vehicle is atrocious

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair friendly doors, but again, if they're not allowing people to follow Ada. Law, then I don't see why anybody with a handicap of any kind would want to be here. As I said, I used to work for these people not at this location in the corporate company will not like this

Worse Customer Service, and would give zero stars if I could.

I placed an order online at 3pm today Friday September 27th for a 6pm pickup time. When I arrived at 6pm to pick up my order, I was told they couldn't find it. Once the employees found my order it was not made and had to wait for 20 minutes. This is completely uncalled for!! What is the dang point of giving customer's an option to choose a pickup time if your not going to honor it. 3 hours notice is plenty of time to ensure the order would be ready at 6pm. Employees seemed very disorganized and uncaring. Not one single employee apologized for the error. Please hire people with good customer service skills or retrain your employees.
