Regardless of the time of day, any day of the week, delivery is always very fast and food is always hot. Have had a couple mistakes on my part, and pizza hut did everything to fix the order and have it delivered. Awesome service!

Had not been to pizza hut in years . I used love there meat lovers pizza . So I thought it's been some time so I ordered one . I was so disappointed, they cut so many corner c from the quality of there dough pretty much everything. Sorry to say I will never go back a pizza hut again .

The ingredients on our pizza was skimpy. For the price, I would hope for more ingredients. I could see cheese in some of the bear areas, it was lacking pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. Just disappointed. The crust was excellent. Pizza Hut use to be our go to for pizza, then prices went up and ingredients became scarce...would you recommend this?

The staff were amazing at our Queen creek Pizza Hut but the quality of the product is absolutely horrible. Pizza Hut was the only place we visited back in the 90’s and the pizza was phenomenal. Crust, buttery crisp, fresh from oven, sauce & cheese were a perfect blend and the toppings (enough to overtake cheese) perfect with every bite. I’ll be returning to Rosati’s and Barros. We were hoping for our old Pizza Hut quality.

Well pizza is a bit salty. Ok a lot salty. Next time I am planning on going light on the sauce to see if that makes a difference. Staff was good and the lady that brought the pizza was wonderful!!

The quality of the pizza was terrible. The gluten free pepperoni pizza was burnt on the edges, the pepperoni was burnt, the center of the crust was undercooked and it was cut completely wrong…the slices were not equal. Some slices were about an inch wide while others were 4 inches. The pizza wasn’t even sliced in half, it was cut at about the 2/3 mark. The regular crust pizzas were undercooked as well. Absolutely the WORST dining experience I have ever had. $86.77 was definitely too much money for the quality of the food. I WON’T be back.

When you tell a customer pizza will be delivered in 45-50 min, meet your commitment. I had to call after 60 min, then was told sorry, slammed and pizza will be put in the oven right away with another 30 min wait. Unacceptable.

I can't believe how disappointed I was in this restaurant. My son loves Pizza Hut and everyone else had plans last night so I decided to treat him. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. It said it would take about an hour, which is fine. When the pizza arrived it was so cold! Not even a bit warm. It felt like it had been sitting out at room temperature for hours! Weird because I live 3 minutes from this location. I won't be ordering again!
The pizza tracker said our pizza left the store at 5:44 and would arrive at approximately 5:56. The pizza actually arrived at 6:23 and was no longer hot. It was room temperature. The pizza was over cooked and had almost no sauce on it. It tasted worse than it looked. To your credit, I called the manager and he refunded me the cost of the pizza. He also offered a credit. He said he would normally offer a redelivery but they had a two hour wait at the time.

This place is horribleeee, worst customer service I've ever encounter and that's saying something, the general manger TYLER Is musty and the front guy Jacob looks like he has cockroaches as roommates he literally would not respond to me when I would ask him things nicely. I asked for a simple order of wings with fries tossed in sauce, how can u mess that up? Ask Jacob cause he did and you gotta be slow in the head to mess it up lmfao. Enough said, don't come here or corporate gotta come down.

Maybe work on a better system with arranging orders so people get them in time. I ordered our food at 3 and it said it would be here in 25 minutes so I scheduled delivery for 5 instead. I hadn't received the food by 5:25 so I called and was told that my order was next to go out and that it'll be sent in 15-20 min. It took 20 minutes to go out and another 20 after that to finally get it. The girl was apologetic and said they were short drivers, but I ordered 2 hours in advance for a reason. Also, the bread sticks were more like flavorless limp noodles. I will say they did great on th pizza itself though.

The pizza is delicious, luckily because the ordering and pickup always SUCK. Says it's ready, they will bring it out, wait for my contactless delivery. 10 minutes later go in store, oh your pizza will be coming out of the oven soon. WHY then did it tell me it was ready???
