The pizzas were ready when they said. Unfortunately, when we got home and got ready to eat them, they were mostly undercooked with raw dough under the sauce. I’m writing this review while we re-cook the pizza at home. Anyway, I tried calling the restaurant to let them know and apparently the number now dials to a call center out of the country. The call center employee was helpful, and they let me know that they would forward this to the location I ordered from and to expect a call in 5-10 minutes. Well, it’s been much longer than that and nothing. Apparently, gone are the days of calling a Pizza Hut and speaking to the person you gave a 25% tip to, to make an edible pizza. This call center model is ridiculous and I will never buy from Pizza Hut again. I suggest you think twice as well.

I just today around 11pm before the store closes at 12am, ordered a pizza online for takeout FROM PIZZA HUTS MAIN LINE NUMBER. They took my card info and said the pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes then immediately hung up. I went to the store and the lights were off and no one was there. I will be reporting this to the BBB if there are charges to my account. Do NOT GO HERE OR ORDER ONLINE VIA PHONE FOR TAKEOUT THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I’m absolutely appalled that this is even a review I have to write. I never would have thought.

This place is absolutely terrible. Every one of the last 4 orders I have placed are messed up, take forever, and I have to call multiple times to eventually get my order. I can only believe the incompetence. Done with this location. Don’t order here.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the team working at Pizza Hut on Halloween 2024 after 5 PM. Despite dealing with a system glitch that left customers waiting longer than usual, the employees kept their spirits high and pushed out high-quality food under a lot of pressure.
A special mention goes to the girl managing the fryer – she handled the endless stream of questions and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, all while ensuring our fried food was cooked perfectly. Our food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The team’s dedication and hard work really stood out, making a difficult night go a lot smoother. Thanks for doing an amazing job!
Can’t forget the manager who kept the team motivated and focused uses on quality food even when they were probably stressed!

Grabbed a Pizza on Delivery and opened the box and 1 pizza wasn't even cooked through, the cheese well what there was of cheese wasn't even melted.
There was so much sauce in both pizzas that it soaked through to the box and made the entire pizza stick to the box.

I placed and order for Pepperoni pizza with extra smaller pepperoni and a cheese pizza cut into squares with bread sticks and a Pepsi. When it arrived there were very few pepperonis and the cheese pizzas were not cut into squares. I called this location to ask about the mistake and I was told "I am too busy right now you will have to call back later.in two hours." This is some of the worst service I have ever received. My call was placed at 7:55pm on 6/20/2024. This was my experience with this location.

Im so disappointed and discussed with how the pizza and wings were. They were both awful. I purchased a lg pepperoni and 12 wings, never will I go there again. Everything was cold and soggy pizza and soggy wings, very little sauce on wing. Pizza was so Yuki we didn't even eat a whole piece, there were 3 of us sharing. I would have got my money back but I was heading out of town with my order. We had planned to eat on the road. Please don't eatpizza hut on Queencreek and Power rd. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!!

The 2 women working were rude and just nasty to everyone. Was to 5 minutes for the order and still waited 20 minutes. Worst service ever. At least food was ok.
Oh no! They are using door dash now for delivery!!! That will be the last time we order then. DD takes forever to pick it up and deliver depending on how many other restaurants they have to pick up at and you food is guaranteed to be old and cold. So long local Pizza Hut you’ve gotten you last order from us until you use your own drivers again ?

This is by far the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The food was prepared in a timely manner, the staff was friendly, and the pizza tasted better compared to other locations! It was visually pleasing too. Highly recommended!
