This is by far the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The food was prepared in a timely manner, the staff was friendly, and the pizza tasted better compared to other locations! It was visually pleasing too. Highly recommended!

We ordered food from 3 places, ordering from here first, and it took the longest.Food didn’t come hot or fully cooked.I left driver instructions during check out but that information either wasn’t relayed to their delivery service or it was just ignored.I keep going back to the Hut after like a year, but they continue to disappoint.

Please do not support Pizza Hut at this location. Pizzas are poorly made and according to multiple previous employees the manager Sean is known for stealing employee tips. Unacceptable.

Ordered at 5:45pm to be ready at 6:45. Wife got there to pick it up and there was a line of 4 people who had been waiting 10 minutes and hadn't been acknowledged. When someone finally came out, he said he doesn't deal with customers, only the manager.I called 3 times and let it ring until it hung up and no one would answer.Finally someone came out and said that the orders will come out when they come out, and don't ask for a status or what order you are in line.Our order finally came out at 7:20. Over an hour and a half after ordered and over a half hour after it was supposed to be ready. No apology or comment, just here's your pizza.Got it home and the crust is soggy and the so are the Cinnabon's. Pretty sure those are just microwaved. Won't be going to Pizza Hut again! Papa John's is always on time, tastes great, and also has green chile.

I guess you can't expect much from a pizza chain these days but Pizza Hut needs some improvement at the Power Rd location. Ordered 2 pizzas and part of the Deep Dish pizza tasted like someone got Pepperoncini juice on about half of the pizza which my kids didn't like and wouldn't eat. The pizza had minimal cheese and sauce as well. Disappointing experience. I guess I shouldn't have expected much since there were 2 other customers with wrong orders or issues in front of me. It was Halloween so get that it a busy day for them but they should be better prepared. There was only one person at the front registers.

Absolutely WORST pizza hut around. They refuse to let me speak to the manager or refund our money. Our food still wasnt delivered even 1hr and 30 min later. When i called the advised me to just sit back and wait for my pizza. When i asked for a refund they said ill transfer you to the manager and they answered and hung up. Door dash showed up to pick it up at the “estimated time” and he waited for them to say there was no ETA. ?

Pizza wasn't cooked long enough. Order wasn't brought to the car. After waiting for 5 minutes, we went in the store to get the food. Pizza was cold.

Walk in for my order and before I even say a word the guy points at the warming station and says "see that, have a seat". The warming station was empty. What an awful way to communicate to customers that you're behind. I'm good, don't boss around your customers I will never be back again.
This location makes great pizza, but they were definitely understaffed (2 people) . However, those 2 people were working like demons and kept a very friendly deportment while making the food without error, shortcuts, or tardiness. Bravo!

The manager went above and beyond to rectify a negative experience we had at this location. It is evident that they are currently short staffed and the manager is doing his very best to make sure the customers are satisfied with their food and service.

Apparently don't know how their own curbside works, kept me and the kids sitting outside watching them serve customers coming in after we have been waiting. They hung up on the Pizza Hut curbside phone support representative. Finally come out as I'm getting kids out to head in. Then I get home and they put meat all over my specialty altered vegetarian pizza. Do better.
