I keep walking in and I ask what happened to the buffet/ salad bar. And the front person never understands my joke. Shows my age when a pizza hut worker doesn’t remember the buffet days. It’s always awkward too.

I would like to recognize Connor for his outstanding customer service today. I originally had gone to a different Pizza Hut location in the area where I ordered an received burnt cheese sticks. I turned my car around and went back to ask for them to be remade and the girl there who supposedly was the manager give me a little bit of attitude but said she would remake them but then gave me the exact same thing back!! She remade and re-burned the cheese sticks and handed them to me. They looked exactly like the ones I brought back. I decided not to go back and go to this other location on Ironwood where Connor completely turned around the situation and remade my order on the house even after I offered to pay again!! He even gave me a double order for my trouble. Even though it was not his store that initially failed me he was still willing to resolve the issue!! Now, that is excellent customer service and I hope his manager truly understands that he has an amazing employee that actually cares about the customers on his team!! Thank you Connor for going above and beyond for me and my daughter today!!

Every time I go there, it gets worse and worse place needs new management wings were not that good. I ordered barbecue wings. There was barely any sauce on it. I ordered hot wings and the sauce was leaking out of the box when I got it into my truck and it was all over the seat had to go inside and ask for a new box and no one cares

I have to express my profound disappointment with the service at this Pizza Hut location, and unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve faced issues here.
On my recent visit, I ordered a pizza expecting the usual marinara sauce, but instead, they slathered it in sweet marinara. When I pointed this out, the employee had the audacity to argue with me—insisting that I simply didn’t know my own taste buds and that she knew exactly what she was doing. This type of condescending attitude is completely unacceptable and incredibly offensive.
Given my previous experience, I am starting to suspect that there may be a larger issue with order preparation at this location. It seems possible that they are consistently using the wrong sauce in the kitchen, which could lead to other customers experiencing the same frustrating problem.
To make matters worse, when I sought a resolution, they tried to charge me for a second pizza! This is absolutely ridiculous. After giving this location a second chance, I now feel more discouraged than ever.
I regret to say that I will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut branch. It’s unfortunate that a brand I once loved has reached this level of disregard for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues here.

Don't apply for a job here. I applied, went down and interviewed. Manager totally ghosted me, didn't even have the decency and professionalism to tell me the result after several messages.
Please fully cook your pizza. A large super supreme deep dish pizza cannot possibly be out for delivery just 12 minutes after ordering. Let the food cook so it can be enjoyed rather than eating raw dough. This place gets worse every time.

Put in order on app said would be delivered at 7: 36 pm. That came and went! Tried to call of course no one answered. Tried 4 times. Called to place order of course someone answered that line. She connected me to manager at location. He said oh number wasn't working so they canceled my order. He took my order again and didn't offer any discount or sympathy. He did make sure to ask how much of a tip I would like to leave. Then just hung up. Finally received food an hour later. It was mediocre. Will skip pizza hut next time.
