Love this pizza hut takeout in queen creek AZ. Always fast and good. Never had to return or complain and you cancall in order and talk to someone actually in queen creek. Highly recommend. Boneless wings are yum.
Good evening Pizza Hut, since you don’t want to answer your phones I have to right a review. I ordered pizza from you for my family and unfortunately my pizza was not made right it was also burnt smelled burnt and looked like it has been sitting for a few hours. I will not be ordering from your location again. I have called to get this resolved without having to weight this review but again no one will answer and I sat on my phone listening to the ringing noise for 3 minutes every time I called.

Food was great, but I ordered medium wings and got mild. Still good just weak. Lol. Delivery was fast and friendly.
There is a reason for 2 stars. The service was great on the phone and food was good. the problem was delivery who was going to leave without giving change. I asked and he asked how much do you want back. TF? I'm already upcharged for delivery and now he's assuming a huge tip then question why I want my change. I stopped using pizza hut for a long time for bad service on bellavista but now guess occotillo and ironwood is now on the list.

Unfortunately I cannot leave less than star. Ordered the family big box, the young lady told me they were out of boxes. I asked if there was a manager, She told me no Manager in Store.I asked"Did Anyone think to use 3 smaller boxes?" She told Me to "F#@$ Off and hung up the phone.

They actually stole money from me. I placed an online order to pickup like I always do. When it showed my order was ready I went inside to pick it up. The display board and the app showed ready, however the employees were bickering about not wanting to do prep, and then told me it would be another 10 minutes. Irritating, but whatever, not a big deal. I go back to my car to wait, go in after 10 minutes and pick up my food and leave. Well apparently it was never paid for. They called me, I provided a credit card number over the phone, and they decided to tip themselves $3 on my food. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Unprofessional staff is one thing, theft is another.
