We ordered our pizza and chicken Alfredo at 8:42. He gave us an estimated delivery time of 914 which was fine. How are pizza arrived at 9:01 to be exact. I was happy that it came early, but very disappointed that the pasta was not cooked. I understand everybody wants their food as soon as possible but undercook is no bueno!

Ordered delivery said the wait was 25-35 minutes, wait over an hour and we still didn’t have the food so decided to call and they tell us that they don’t offer delivery for this location. We have to go pick it up and they forget to give us one of the items. Never had this bad of an experience and won’t be ordering from here again.

This Pizza Hut is trash. Just put in an order on the site and the order went through, and they cancelled my order because they said they were closed when they weren't.

Merry Christmas Eve! I do not like to call the order line as their customer service is overseas people who do not speak good English. Their app doesn't allow to leave comments for special instructions. I went into the store and was greeted by a nice young man that took my order. 10-15 min wait. I waited in my car. Came back in and it was ready, fast and hot! I thanked the 2 young men working for working today on Christmas Eve. Definitely be back for pick up since it's so close to our house and our order was perfectly made!

I placed a order and selected delivery entered my home address and the after an hour of waiting called to check on my order. I was transferred to a call center outside the country for a restaurant that's 5 mins from my house! Then after 20 mins of a run around on the phone and finally being able to talk to someone who works at the store in this country. I was told that my store for delivery is a further location!!??? Why would I have to place an order to a site further away from my house?? Now my food has been sitting for over an hour to be picked up and the young man who took my call could offer me nothing but a 2 liter of soda!!!! Pizza Hut you have failed me and my family and this is why I never order with your company and never will again.
