Went through the drive-thru a couple hours before closing Saturday night. Worst experience so far (and previous visits haven't been great).Soft drink was all carbonation, Iced Tea had chunks floating in it, biscuits were hard as a rock, Mac n' cheese side was super greasy and had coagulated cheese chunks, the poor chicken tenders had been sitting awhile and were hard and tough, and most of them were a quarter of the regular size.I felt bad for the late order (idk why-was plenty of time before closing) and gave in to the upsell of the apple pies. Those ended up not even being placed in the order. Unfortunately this was all discovered after getting home and no receipt was given or placed in the bag to call the store. So...lesson learned...stop giving Popeye's chances to get it right and save your $$.

Wish I can give a negative star. Right off the bat the customer service is terrible. They basically ignore you while you’re placing your order. The music they have in the background in the kitchen is so loud. They can’t hear what you’re saying. They have teenagers working, which is good but They do not have work ethics. Wearing no hats and not handling food with gloves. Chicken was mediocre and bland. The biscuit dry mashed potatoes were OK. The chicken tenders were so tiny. I thought they were missing plus they were dry. I requested that they switch out, the soda that was empty with a new one they never did. All the all the employees were just playing and talking. They were mixing up the orders from the drive-through that all they were doing was arguing. Popeyes chicken has gone down so much in product and in customer service. Will not ever spend a single dime at this location or any other Popeyes. Much better places to get your fried chicken or tenders.

High priced food that tasted like seasoned rubber. And they were out of napkins. Unbelievably bad. The help was the only redeeming factor but not enough to ever get me in there again

Went though the drive through ended up with wrong order didn’t realize it till I got home.The food I got was super cold had not been cooked recently it was so bad I could not eat it I will never eat a Popeyes ever again after that

Let me start by saying, I'm not a real big fan of fast food chicken. But when I saw Popeyes had honey barbecue wings, I really wanted to try them. I remember when I was younger KFC had some honey bbq wings that were so yummy so I was hoping the Popeyes ones would be good too. Today was actually the second time I ordered these wings. The first time they were regular wings with a little sauce drizzled on. Nothing like the commercials and ads that show wings that are tossed and completely covered in sauce. I returned the first ones. Now, a couple months later, I thought I'd give them a second chance. Maybe the first time was a mistake, or a bad employee who didn't known what they were doing. Nope. Today's wings were no better. So disappointing. This time my husband brought them home and we live 20 min away so now this is what I'm stuck with. If you want wings that look like the pictures, don't expect to get then from here.

We ordered from this Popeyes three times. Out of those three times, it’s been a failure each time. They serve old dry old chicken and mushy shrimp.The owner is just cashing in and not caring for the community around their Popeyes.It’s sad we have to drive to Power Rd for respectable chicken.When you work hard for your earnings. You expect quality for what you pay for.This Popeyes is terrible and has fit right in with the rest of the restaurants in the area.Thanks For Wasting Our Hard Earned Money.Popeyes should end their commercials in Arizona. False advertisement.

Ordered a 16 pc tender family meal to go. Got home to discover I only received 8ish pics. My 2 sides are a little more than halfway full. And 4 sauces for 16 pcs. Nothing worse then when a restaurant takes advantage of you going through the drive through. Try to call the store back and they don't answer. Poorly managed. Just go to Canes across the street.

Tried to place an order first girl couldn't from laughing while trying next girl tried and she couldn't do it either then a 3rd girl tried and she still couldn't get it done without laughing going on in background so we left and wont go back

It’s spicy crunchy chicken and if you get it delivered to you it’s spicy soggy chicken and if you get it in person it’s non spicy non-chicken because it’s someone else’s order, how cool is that?

This location is very convenient for me so I decided to stop in being a fan of Popeyes food . I did drive through and the customer service was wonderful, food portions and taste was all there . In my preference the fries could have been a bit my crispy but all in all I was satisfied and will be back again soon .

Usually Popeyes is delicious but this was very bland and there was a feather. I have had a lot of fried chicken in my life and never saw a feather before. They replaced the entire meal but it still tasted bland.
