What a great experience, I ordered the beef and sausage sandwich and it was amazing. The fries were plentiful and were cooked perfectly. We are glad they opened up here in Queen Creek.

We are regulars at Portillos,and are pleased to have them in Queen Creek. Drive through has always been courteous and efficient. Our usual orders... Chicago dog, chili dog. Big beef dip sandwich. Pretty good chocolate cake, and my indulgence, their strawberry shortcake. We have tried their burgers and they're pretty good as well. They seem a bit pricey, but in comparison to other fast food, they're in the ballpark.

This is the best Portillos out of the 3 in the East Valley. Food is always good. If your order is wrong they are prompt to fix it.There's limited handicap parking but they have automatic front doors and a large accessible restroom. For anyone who is wheelchair-dependent, you should be able to navigate the parking lot and inside facilities with relative ease.This is a great place for groups and there is enough menu variety for almost every dietary need.Gluten-friendly items are available here and some regular items can be modified to be gluten-friendly. (Not sure if halal items are available during Ramadan since pork is served here as well, but ask).

Portillo's offers what is undoubtedly the very best fast food cheeseburger in Arizona. It is huge, char grilled and very tasty. They also sell real Chicago style hot dogs with all the trimmings. Their delivery fee is only 99 cents. What's not to like?

This place is always clean and has the best service in the mornings. Everything is always nicely stocked. Bathrooms are always clean and smell disinfected. Management is always friendly. Employees are always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend this location over any other location.

This is the first Portillos I have ever been to, that did not call out when orders were done. I was there for a late lunch, it was not busy. After a while if waiting, I checked the board, didn't see my order number, I walked up and looked at the orders lining up on the counter and found mine. Food was typical Portillos, no complaints about the food.
