Had a wonderful evening at this event. There were so many options to choose from. We enjoyed the Prickly Pear lemonade and the Mango lemonade from Cactus Bloom. We also tried the Cajun Shrimp Mac and Cheese from Macology and the Pablo burrito from DEZ Burrito, both were excellent. We finished with an original Zookie from Zookiesaz. We got there right when it opened at 5:30pm and the lines were short and plenty of seating was available.

Always great we go monthly top spots to try is all based on personal preference but I’d say RiceBossaz the Filipino spot, the Philly spot and the snow cone joint!

I like the variety, as there are usually more than 10 food trucks and the location is pretty good. Nice place to visit on a Friday night. The downside is the tables are pretty rickety and not clean, and the prices seem pretty high, even considering covid. It seems like the trucks are raising prices at these events compared to when you catch them around town.
This is not your average display of food trucks. Actually a food truck is no way to describe this amazing experience! The food is to die for, and the vendors are people with soul and care for their food. I only snagged a picture of my fruity cereal shake but I will definitely be back for more mouth watering treats next week! Its never super crowded in one spot, the people are very dispursed and seats are always rotating for more people to sit down.
