I need the hot sauce for the chicken but the employees are good and the toast is great

we visit this location frequently, usually, they forget things here and there, but we’ve had good luck recently. Until today When we went through the drive-through, we forgot to ask for an extra cane sauce. At the window, we paid for an extra one and it was not in our order when we got home. I’m assuming it is because after we paid the employee at the window was in a deep gossip conversation with another employee, so he was probably distracted and forgot. boyfriend begun to eat his sandwich and bit into a hair in his fries. He was so disgusted. He wouldn’t even touch his fries and he got up to throw his entire meal away. also, the lemonade tasted like it was 99% water which is also a reoccurring problem with this location . We both worked all day so I am not in the mood to call this location, but just wanted to write a review because this was an incredibly disappointing visit.

Slowest drive-thru service EVER!
Plan on waiting in line 15-20 minutes.
Server was pleasant.
Mix on the fountain coke was too much water.
Food was as ordered.

You seriously want my opinion? The chicken is not very flavorful, and prices aren't great. I like Popeyes chicken better.

This raising Cane's is located near a high school and it's full of high school kids. Unfortunately these kids you don't know how to be respectful and we're just harassing everybody probably won't ever come back here again

Slowest drive though you will ever experience. They have item in the menu. Chicken fingers. Should not be 20 min in the drive though line.

The portions were really small, so my 3 piece meal was more like a one piece because the pieces were so small, and they could have been fresher. You could yell that they were cooked earlier and set under a heat lamp.

Staff not super friendly. Music was too loud and when I asked for an extra honey mustard was flat out told no, unless they charged me .85 cents.

Always fast and fresh. Kids working there are respectful too! There was a booth we wanted to sit at but it was dirty so we asked if someone could wipe it down, and the employee was happy to get it cleaned and apologized for the wait. Stellar employees!
