This location is not as good as it used to be. Customer service and food quality is quite lackluster.
I’m quite disappointed with the drinks at this location, as the quality has diminished over time and it saddens me quite a lot. The drinks seem to be less flavorful and only taste like the milk or water base of what you order. They also seem to be skimming on the tapioca pearls, which you pay for… so it’s questionable why they don’t give you a good serving?
Lastly, the customer service is quite saddening. When they are out of ingredients such as boba or fruits they don’t apologize or seem apathetic, they simply come off as snarky as if we should have known. Most of the employees don’t seem to know what they are doing either, and take a long time for even as little as 4 customers worth of drinks.
It’s really sad to write this, as I used to love this location and their drinks. I hope management can crack down on this for the sake of their establishment.

I’m a huge boba tea fan and usually love going to rare tea but for the past couple times I’ve visited I have been disappointed… the tea has been tasting a lot like water or just plain and doesn’t seem to have a taste, they take longer to make my drink, I waited 30 mins just to get my one drink today. They also seem to be stingy with the boba lately and haven’t been putting a lot in my drinks. Maybe it’s just this location but for now I will be looking for a new boba place to visit.

The teas are very good, mostly fruit and milk based. We enjoy getting a tea and having a nice conversation. I'd love to see them expand just a bit and offer a bit of pastry or biscuit as well.

Don’t come near closing, staff wants to get out on time and doesn’t lock the door, but then tells you they don’t have ingredients “so no”

Sorry to have to say it but it was not that good and we left and my son found a bug in is drink. I know it was obviously not on purpose but I just the fact that it got in there maybe shows the cleanliness of the place. With how expensive it is I’m sure there are other options out there that are better.
I bought some coffee boba and it was great plus the service waited for me and the place looks cozy and nice

The girl with the short hair and bangs was so rude to me i think her name was Natalie. Every time i come in she gives me a bad attitude. I asked her to remake my drink because i specifically asked for no boba and she was not understanding about it and rolled her eyes at me. Also the tables were very dirty and i came in with my kids and they were playing inappropriate music.

Meh . It is just ok . Ordered 2 basic drinks and neither were great . Honestly both just tasted like milk or cream with none of the base flavors coming through . I was never asked if I wanted boba added , so glad I asked . The place was also a bit dirty -floors and tabletops . They did look understaffed though . Glad I tried it but won’t return . There is a much better option in Mesa for more flavorful and traditional tasting boba milk tea . I’ll just do the drive .

Love this location! I was craving boba and Rare Tea Queen Creek hit the spot. It was a quick in and out, and I got my drink in under 5 minutes.
I’ll definitely return. There’s a cool lounge space and they also sell merch snd a small variety of snacks. I’ll be back to try their other drinks. So far I have tried the Peach Spring Tea in a smoothie form and it was delicious! Can’t wait to try more! Keep up the great work!
