We come in there often to get my daughter a kids burger, fries and milkshake. The last two times we have placed and order they have messed it up. First time no bun with her burger. This time after I said no cheese they put cheese on her burger. They need kitchen staff that will pay attention to things and do things right.

Ryan always treats us well and takes hood care of us. The food comes out hot and tastes great. The Tap is always cold. Can't go wrong here.

We have been told 80 minutes to wait for a party of 14. While we have been waiting they have seated 25. We still have 45 minutes to go. If you have a big group don't come here. This is BS. Still waiting.

This red Robin was amazing. Staff was friendly Dominique. Our server was fast and efficient. Never had to ask for a refill on drinks or on the kids meal always made sure we were good.

I ate here last Friday and my food tasted like I had been at McDonald’s. I ate at the bar and the atmosphere and food was just awful. I asked to have my sweet fries made again and both times they had to be throw away. I’m very sad to see this Red Robin in the place that it is.
I use to go here every Friday. I won’t be back for awhile with the awful service and the nasty food that is over priced. Good luck to you all in the future. Until I receive better service I won’t be back.
Gigi was very nice at the bar and took care of me but Angie was rude and when I tried to talk to her she just didn’t want to respond. I use to come to the bar for good customer service and that was the worst bar experience I have ever had. 😢😢😢

Just letting everyone know you are no longer able to use bday burger unless you purchase something 10.00 at least before the first of bday and also if someone in your party orders a special item/promo item then they wont apply any other special. The service was fine but we were not aware of all these mew stipulations.

A very solid margarita— perfectly balanced, refreshing, and dangerously delicious! But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our incredible server, Kelly. She was an absolute gem — warm, attentive, and had just the right touch of humor and charm. She made us feel like VIPs from the moment we sat down. The margarita may have brought us in, but Kelly is the reason we’ll be coming back. Cheers to top-tier drinks and even better service!

You will find us at Red Robin at least twice a month. We just love their burgers and the kids meals and don’t get me started on the unlimited sides. My personal favorite is the lava queso.
