I was not happy with the waitress we had, at all . She was very rude and fake.
Spent $ to feel uncomfortable. Should of just cooked a burger at home .
Train your people better or hire more so they aren't hating life . Totally not feeling it at this location. I like eating at happy places . This place felt like their employees were tired and run down.

Place an order to go for cheese burger etc! Etc! And my burger was ice cold half frys no cheese my wife’s was the same ice cold half frys etc!! The sloppiest and most pitiful burger I’ve ever received on top of that the smallest burger also the corner store burger are bigger in every manor. My son orders Jack in box and Burger King the burgers are more presentable than the burgers we received.

This location has gotten progressively worse over the years. The floors and tables are always sticky. The bottomless fries are a sales tactic that never actually happens. They definitely train the staff to delay them and bring very small batches. They are often incredibly under cooked. Quality is not what it used to be. I got the BBQ chicken wrap and it was 90% tortilla.

Red Robin did an exceptional job catering our all-staff meeting this week. Everything was organized to perfection; the food was hot, fresh, and ready right when I arrived for pickup. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and even carried all the boxes to my car. Our team was absolutely thrilled with the quality of the burgers. Highly recommend for any event!
