Mehhhhh. We usually have decent experiences here however tonight didn’t add up. I ordered a smoke and pepper burger which on the menu says peppered bacon. It arrived with some sweet Syrupie stuff and a sweet glazed bacon. Far different from peppered bacon. It also had some kind of cold sweet glaze on it as well as it was cold over all. Needless to say, it wasn’t good. I questioned the server and she said “yea, we changed it up”. I let her know that it wasn’t what I ordered and wasn’t what the menu said and there was no offer to make it right. I ended up eating half of my wife’s dinner (which was very good)! The rest of our meal was great but a bit frustrating that something was given that seemed entirely different than what the menu shows and then no offer to correct it.

This place has really turned around! We haven't been there in two years. The service had been going downhill, and the food quality was sucking. The burger size is back to normal, the food was great, and the service was EXCELLENT!!! The staff was friendly and everyone greeted us. The managers checked on us. Even being a Friday night and crowded, we had a great experience!

This was one of the best service experiences we've had at any restaurant. Dominic and the team provided superior service throughout our entire time there. Drinks were brought promptly after ordering them. Their coke products were perfectly calibrated with the right amount of syrup, carbonation, and perfectly chilled. The mozzarella twists we got were crunchy and hot and melty. Their marinara for dipping was better than others I've had. The burgers and fries came so hot and quickly. We never lacked a refill, never had to ask for more sauce or napkins or to have anything cleared.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Queen Creek Red Robin on March 16. The Manager stopped by our table with a few steak fries and a couple of sauces. She was extremely friendly and professional.
