This place has let me down again. The first time my wife got the roll tacos and they had little to no meat, I had the breakfast burrito which had egg shells. Today I got a breakfast burrito again and this time it was ripped, almost as if they had dropped it or something, no egg shells this time but i did have to eat it on a plate so it didn’t get all over the place

Enjoyed the quesabirria tacos w/consomme. They were big, packed & beefy with their own sauce. The chile rellenos were meh. Chips & salsa was disappointing due to their use of more of a hot sauce that was somehow spicy but flavorless. Haven't tried any other menu items. Service was good and place was clean.

It’s amazing we live in Arizona. This had to be the worst Carne Asada burrito that I have ever had. There was a decent amount of meat, but it was just packed with cilantro. There is zero pico de gallo and the meat was so dry I couldn’t even finish it. It was one of those deals where I was already home and unpacked it, so I wasn’t gonna go back and ask for a refund, but I did make a phone call to them and the lady on the phone didn’t seem concerned or phased in anyway. I would’ve expected her to possibly offer me a refund next time I came in or some credit. This is the second time I’ve been to this place since it opened, if I was drunk and wasted at 2 AM I’d be happy to eat it but nothing that I’m gonna go out of my way for during normal business hours and not desperate, drunk and hungry. Sorry but you guys get 1 star from me.

bad location! no coupons or grand opening? I think you’re on the pricey side. priced like a sit down restaraunt but you’re fast food! BTW: when you pass by your place at night it looks like you’re closed due to your dark window

I always test a place on there refried beans, salsa, and Carnita tacos. This place hits great on all 3. I guess I should try a few different plates when I go next time. But when you find something you like it is hard to try something new.

Food was not editable. Carne asada tasted like rubber and the chicken nuggets were not cooked all the way. Took about 2 bites and then tossed the rest in the trash. For a $40.00 meal I expected the food to be much higher quality.

Enchiladas were salty. Husband didn't get what he ordered. The meat inside was also a mystery.
Went through the drive-through to give them a go. Ordered just a Super Nacho, and it was OK. Some of the meat was not edible, which affects the perception of the meal as a whole.I tasted bland as compared to other places around QC that offer similar products. They are cheaper than Filibertos by around $1.50 after tax but will keep paying the extra $1.50 for what I believe is a better nacho.

I see these other pictures and everybody's cheese is melted on their food my cheese is just on there straight out the cooler that looked like, even though the food was hot the ground beef didn't have any real seasoning to it on my ground beef taco.my 3 rolled tacos we're hot but no flavor to really speak of.

This place is a fancy version of the other vey popular and overpriced chain Mexican food restaurant in the valley. I ordered 3 ground beef tacos, a bean and cheese burrito, 5 rolled tacos with cheese, and 4 drinks and it was $39. Inside was bland and lifeless, gray all over, loud TV blaring an infomercial. Not impressed. I expected a cool taco shop, but this is just another version of all the [insert Mexican Name Here]'erto's restaurants.I hoped for better.

Came in around 3am. Employee closed up shop when this store is 24hr. The drive through was blocked with cones and the employee inside was cleaning and the door was locked. No sign on the door explains why they were closed. I am very disappointed for this establishment not keeping their promised time of 24hr. Please don’t say 24hr when you aren’t open during the late hours as promised.Although food is good when they are open!
